I love this location Jonathan Gardner the manager, is so helpful everytime I visit and helps me save money and reminding me about all the parts that’s under warranty !!!
Terrible...people don't know parts nor do they know what's in stock. Call and one person says yeah we have that. Drive there and no one knows what your talking about...Basically they suck!!...This store won't get a single lent covered penny of mine ever again
I buy my supplies from AutoZone Snow Hill and they are great to work with. I get welcomed when I walk in the door and they are eager to help me find what I need. Great Job AutoZone!
I purchased the oil special a few days ago(5quarters and 1 oil filter, brand was mobil) and I paid around $46 dollars with tax. This afternoon when i was about to do my oil change to my surprise it seems like someone already used the oil that I purchased. Now I don't want to go to the store since it's about 30minutes away from my home and i also lost my receipt and they probably won't believe me. I think the employees should check the products to make sure it won't happen again to anybody else.
I went into auto zone to get some brake pads for my 2010 suburban after the competitor down the road sold me the wrong ones. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly in finding the parts I needed , the parts I received were a few dollars cheaper as well, I will only be shopping at the Snow Hill Auto Zone for now on. Hands down great customer service!
I’m not much on speaking out on great customer service because I think everyone who works in customer service should strive for it 100 percent of the time but today a local employee went above and beyond. Was working on replacing a bolt on my kids 4 wheeler and I’m not a mechanic of any sort. Went to Auto Zone in Snow Hill and was met by Peter. I didn’t have the bolt I needed and tried to explain to him but I decided I needed to take one off the 4 wheeler that matched. Came home, got it, and went back and Peter helped me again and took the time to make sure I got the exact bolt, lock washer, and washer I needed. So a shout out and thank you to Peter at Auto Zone for all the help and I’ll be sure to shop there again!!
In a small town with 3 parts stores in a one block radius, autozone is the one to hit for your everyday parts needs. Standard operation but the staff has been tremendously helpful and friendly. I always check here first
Great service. Anytime I've had an issue with my clunker they've been able to help and have even gone beyond and helped me actually fix it before. I haven't been able to find another auto store like it.
I absolutely love the Snow Hill NC location. The staff are always exceptionally friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Kelly and Peter are amazing. I 100% recommend this store.
Joe has great customer service and also very knowledgeable. He helped me figure out my car problem and helped get the correct part! Totally recommend this AutoZone!!!!!
Peter was a great help to figuring out what part I needed to get my car running. I had went to other mechanics and auto part stores and no one could help me. Peters automotive knowledge was a great help and he helped me find a shop to fix my car. I would recommend this particular Auto Zone to anyone. It is the best Auto Zone within 20 miles. Thank you
