Wonderful experience. Had a dead battery, and the staff replaced it. Kudos to Heather for her professional and prompt service. She was very pleasant and extremely knowledgeable. What a great asset and representative of Advance Auto.
The staff are very polite and helpful. My check engine light was on and they were able to get a diagnosis quickly and for free. They ordered the part and it will arrive in the morning. Super friendly.
Had battery problem. They checked it, it checked good. They made recommendations to help my problem. I followed their recommendations and it resolved the problem. The staff are always helpful. They are my "go to" for my auto needs.

The associate that helped me was super friendly.I was there to get an oil filter an oil for an oil change.He was knowledgeable,I wanted something that wasn't the cheapest nor the most expensive an he helped me with that explained everything to me an showed me the deals they had going on for oil and oil filters.This is the kind of experience I hope for anytime I visit an Auto parts store- Well Done!
Not a good experience, staffed by children with little to no automotive experience. I recommend driving 40 feet further to Autozone where they have a basic level of professionalism.
Basically if you live in Greenville NC and you have a car needing a part, this is your place to check before ordering from Auto$one or Ama$on. They do have new stuff, but you don't always need a brand new or fully OEM reconditioned parts. Engines and transmissions are available as well. Rates are FREE for admission due to road construction (subject to change). Friendly staff, ample and easy parking. Large selection and yes, they have an app!
They were suppose to open a 9am so I sat there till 9:10 waiting. Got tired of waiting and drove across the parking lot to Autozone who was open on time!
Went in for wipers n a short 4ft manager came out to help install, after letting wipers slam on my hood, I said something to him and he gets mad n refuse to put them on after they took the driver side off. Manager was on a power trip and did not want to be told what to do, news flash, I have a right to say something, its my truck!They didnt know how to install wipers because it was the wrong ones per Autozone next door. Thanks Autozone for my wipers! Let the young guy be manager n you go back to training! Team AutoZone Now!
I pretty much always get what I need... And if they don't have it and it needs to be ordered, it's usually same day or next day service... Hard to beat/.
Call to get price on a lowering shackles when the retailer told me no.they did not have i asked what was the price on the set he said he didnt know and his system was down. Well i ferl like if they wanted my business hed get out the books and searchfor the needed and at least g et my number to callme back. Im not a parts man but maybe only he only thought i was waisting his time. Lol the. Parts store next door gladdly ordered. What i needed this was snow hill nc location
