The best tow service I have ever received! I was traveling up to Virginia from Florida when I hit a piece of wood in the road. Usually that means I would be stranded for hours, not with S&S. The driver was to me with the truck loaded and at the tire shop all in the span on 20 minutes. Service was way more than five stars. If you have any towing needs, this is the place to call!
We asked S&S Towing to help out this older couple who have been stranded at Walmart for 3 months due to a broken flywheel. They showed up this morning at 7 AM and worked with compassion and professionalism, helping us get their RV towed nearly 25 miles for service. We are all very grateful to Allison and to the driver Keith for his great service today. Whoever is reading this review... you have no idea how much it blessed them!
I called this company to jumpstart my box truck. They were nearby and arrived in about 15 minutes, which I appreciated. I was quoted $125 over the phone — fair enough. However, the technician arrived in a pickup truck and wasn’t able to get the truck started after several attempts. Despite the fact that I had provided all the necessary details about my vehicle, he didn’t have the right equipment for the job.
Eventually, he called for backup, and a second truck (a proper wrecker) arrived and successfully jumpstarted my truck. The problem is they then charged me an extra $100, bringing the total to $225 — even though the first truck was ineffective and shouldn’t have been dispatched in the first place.
In my opinion, the company should’ve sent the correct vehicle based on the information I provided, and I shouldn’t have been charged extra because of their mistake. Very disappointed with how this was handled.

Called with my request, they were prompt, kept me informed by sending me a photo of vehicle they were asked to pick up for verification and then a call it was picked up and on their way to deliver to destination.
Service was ok but I was encouraged to pay cash. The bill was $250 I only had $260. The driver had no change I asked would they send me a check. Nothing received yet.
My son purchased a vehicle from this business. We were told it was 3700 when he arrived he was told it would be an extra 300 for fees. Got the jeep on the road. Same day the water pump blew. Very shady people do not use them

I used them today, prompt to answer the phone, courteous and knowledgeable, well run dispatch system with great drivers and modern equipment. They are also fairly priced for the market area. This is who to call in this area.

After many phone calls with our auto insurance provider and trouble with roadside assistants, my husband and I contacted S&S Towing and was told they can get a tow truck to us in 20 minutes. We asked the nice lady who answered the phone if they can receive payment over the phone by our insurance company and they said they could. After they and our insurance spoke, it did not take them long after to get to us and took our truck to where we needed it to go before they closed. S&S showed exceptional service both inside and outside office and worked very professionally. I highly recommend S&S Towing.

We're contracted through insurance company to pick up mother's car after hitting a deer. Called company and said driver was 5 minutes up the road but took an extra 25 minutes before driver ever showed up...........
Best Towing Company in the area. A year ago I called S & S Towing come out and tow my wife's car when she broke down. They arrived on the scene in no time. Since then I have used them to tow our cars 3 times now. I won't ever use anyone, But S & S Towing inc.
