I bought a new set of wipers. One of the clips blew off going down the highway. Stopped by the store i bought it from to ask if there was anything they could do to help me replace the part that blew off. They said no problem, returned the broke one and have me a replacement at no charge. Probably the best customer service I have ever gotten. O'Reilly's in creedmoor nc. 5 ?...

I stopped in at the Butner, NC store at 8:00 this morning for oil and a filter. I got my oil and waited at the sales counter for an associate to help me with the oil filter. No one came so I went to the back and asked for help. A man acknowledged me so I went back to the counter and waited. No one came so I left and went across the street to Advance Auto where a sales person was there to help me immediately. If you don’t need the business why don’t you just close your doors!

Great customer service!!!! The staff was ever so helpful. I had to come in for an emergency part, after my jeep had to be hauled out of the mud at a festival. The gentleman was able to get me fixed up, within a half hour, before my 6 hour road trip home.

Customer service was non existent. Employees super nonchalant. Might as well been at home the way it looked like I was bothering them. I needed my bulb replaced which is free & he acted like it wasn’t a tool in the building. Kept playing with his hands until i got bored enough to say ok I’ll go somewhere else & he jetted back in the store. Had to come give a review

Last Sunday afternoon I was preparing my truck for a long trip out of state to pick up livestock. While changing the fuel filter I broke off the coupling for the fuel filter’s return valve. I searched the internet and found that this was a common issue with my truck and the only “instore” replacement part was at the Ford dealership. My trip was scheduled for 5am so the dealership was not an option. I drove to several stores searching for parts that I could use to patch the existing broken fuel line but found it almost impossible to replicate the part that I needed. My last stop was at the Butner/Creedmoor O’Reilly’s store. I bypassed the front counter when I entered the store because I was frustrated and didn’t really think that I would find what I needed anyways, but that did not dissuade the women behind the counter, whom I would soon find out was my lifesaver! The employee named Steph not only asked if I needed help but also asked what I was looking for and I only described brass parts that I was searching for since I knew the original part was not available anywhere. She walked me to several locations in the store and even took me in the back stock area where a wall of brass fittings was stored. She continued to manage other customers in the store while continuing to check on me and my search. I did not find what I was looking for and began to leave the store when Steph asked if I wouldn’t mind letting her put my vehicle information in the computer to see if anything would come up that my help. While she entered my vehicle information, I began to tell her of my situation with the Ford only part and that I was under contract to pick up livestock the next day in a state 12 hours away. She was genuinely concerned about my situation and even commented that the fix had to be permanent since animals were involved and the truck could break down in the summer heat. Unbelievably Steph located the exact replacement part in another city at one of her other stores and called to ensure that the part was in hand! I was able to obtain the part that evening and get my truck back on the road with the confidence that I had a permanent fix and a reliable part to ensure that I did not break down on the side of the road with livestock during summer temperatures. Steph is not just an employee at a parts store, she is an ambassador for O’Reilly’s and is the sole reason that my first stop for parts will be at her store. O’Reilly’s carries Ford quality parts and is always priced less than the competition. I have never been a fan of the look of the outside of the O’Reilly’s stores with the green tinted windows, but now that I met Steph, I realize that store looks aren’t anything, and Customer service and employee work ethic means more.

Stephany and Justin truly go above and beyond and exhibit excellent customer service skills that deserves recognition. Upon entering the door I was warmly greeted by Stephany and asked her for help looking for some adaptors. Unfortunately, Stephany was busy assisting other customers. However, she got Justin to help me in a jiffy. From my interactions with both, Stephany and Justin, I was confident that both knew what I needed. Professionalism is a priority for the staff at this O’Reilly Auto Parts store.

asked for one part, gave me the wrong one, twice, then argued it was the correct one I asked for. charged me for $200 and refunded $150 after getting the wrong part twice, took the receipts and argued it was the right amount. I will be going to a different store next time that's for sure.

Today Luke & Ryan were awesome. They both went over & beyond to help me with a bad wheel bearing on a truck I just purchased. Great guys, I can’t thank them enough! Without them I would have been stranded .

My friend showed up at this store with a huge truck tire with the wheel bearing still attached to it.. he needed a new bearing and the old one taken off the tire?it was a nightmare…. This Oreilly’s Team was so helpful and friendly even though what he needed done was a ton of work? with no hesitation they got right to it and helped him… even after a hour or so of us being there they never complained and found a solution to every problem we encountered…very grateful for their kindness and great service….

Stopped in to get a starter tested. The manager Rebecca told me she couldn't test it, that a team member would be in later and he could do it. Seriously? You're a manager and can't test a starter?! I went cross the street and they took care of it and sold me a new one. Sad to see this store go back down hill after they finally got it straight again.

Started off great. Needed some vent visors for my car. They ordered them and they came in later that afternoon. Looks like they've been sitting in a hot warehouse so long that the shrink wrap was glued to the dry rotted visors. Crumbled when I tried to take the package off. I called and the manager agreed to order me a new pair once I made him aware of the shoddy merchandise. I got one phone call letting me know that they were there, and they were sent back when I couldn't get up there to pick them up in a time frame that I was not advised about. No one took into account that they were already paid for I never asked for a refund or anything. I make my living in customer service, and if my customers are not happy I don't get paid. To me this is the height of sorry customer service. No matter there are two other auto stores within a quarter of a mile where I will be shopping from now on.

Blake Hudson was the manager when i cam in at 8 pm with a set of brake rotors off our service truck, one of which was scoured very badly. Mr. Hudson understands that at the end of the day, sometimes the day is not over. He persevered over 30 minutes past closing time so that I and my 3 employees would be able to go to work the next morning. This was a very real blessing to a small business which is responsible for feeding 4 families. My Hat is off, that is if I were wearing a hat, to Mr. Hudson. He is a true professional and a very real asset to the O'Reilly organization.

My husband and I went over to Auto Zone to see if they could replace a broken windshield wiper. Granted it's raining. The guy said they can do it, but he's not. We drove across the street to O'Reilly's and those two gentleman tonight were more than happy to replace the wipers. Doing so with a smile a few jokes! I'll hold the umbrella for them anytime. My husband stated they've gotten a customer for life. Thank you!

Very courteous, friendly staff. They are quick to help but not pushy. I ordered a set of ignition coils for my hyundai, it was in the store less than 4hrs later, not to mention $30 cheaper than anyone within 100miles! (including the junk yard) very satisfied :-)
