Where to start! They had one truck for almost 4 months. 3400 later the rear end is whining. I’m told the carrier bearing is bad. They told me I’m beat with only a 90 day warranty. The also worked on the trucks and left my air shocks disabled and hanging by two bolts on each side and none of them were tightened. They fixed an abs sensor but then, instead of zip tying it to the control
Arm they shoved it in a hole. They also tested the rear break controller for my Reiner and left all the wires bare that they tapped into leaving the sheeting and copper exposed to rot away. I brought all these issue other attention just to be ignored
They had our bucket for over two months and 4600 later I now have to have an exhaust leak fix’s that’s blowing soot all over the exhaust. The new mechanic also said that there’s way too much oil in the pan. I was charged almost 1000 last week just retake it to another mechanic to fix the issues from this mechanic!
Problem is he has minions doing the work that have no clue what the hill they are doing. Pete doesn’t do the jobs himself which is the issue!
Also expect to get a bill without ANY calls asking or telling you what it needs. He just fixes things without any communication and then sticks you with a huge bill. Last week I’m told that the reservoir was cracked so he took it upon himself to replace it almost 400 bucks. He charges me 90 bucks to remove a heat shield that took him 30 seconds to pull out. Par for the course that they will do what they need to make money with the least amount of communication. Once they do the work you’re stuck with a bill they force you to pay! If I would have known that non qualified kids were working on my trucks I would have went somewhere different!

If anyone need vehicle work done minor or major take it to (nc 32 auto) right in corapeake. I have taken both of my vehicle to them. They had to rebuild our Ford truck and it's never ran better that was last year and the truck is still running good.. Had to get some work done to our suv and get a new timing chin put on with some othereo that need to be done to it. My car runs great... We had a issue come up on our 2015 suv the other day come to fine out it's just the cadillac converter.. I don't trust most mechanics but I trust them. There strength forward and trying to help people not fill there pockets. There prices are extremely reasonable and affordable. They will keep getting out business.. Thank you

Outstanding people. They replaced transmission on my Mini. Minor issue when clutch was a bit noisy so they replaced the clutch (under warranty) no extra charge.. Pete & Aimee are

Little shop on the corner have the nicest people in America working here. Willing to hetyou in attge drop of a hat. Prices are extremely fair and actually beat anyone around. Able to mount and balance 35 IN tires on 20 IN. Rims. Good spot. Don't be going and making me wait to get in from now on!!! Lol
Local, fair price, friendly, hospitality, and honest. This describes this place perfectly. They have given me rides home so I did not have to wait at the shop on stuff that would take awhile to complete. I know exactly what I'm getting , the price , why they claim I would need this part for whatever reason. If it's something that could be rebuilt, or taken from a pull apart instead of overpaying for new parts, they have taken care of that. I always felt well informed of everything that's going on. They warranty their work. For whatever reason, if they make a mistake the honor that and correct it. Finally, they're just good people, easy to work with. I highly recommend them over any mechanic shop in North Carolina, Even Virginia being that the location is extremely close to the state line.
NC 32 Automotive has completed three separate repairs on my 2005 Ford F150 XLT Truck to my full satisfaction. Amy, Pete, and the other service people are very courteous to their customers. I highly recommend this automotive repair shop!
I have gotten all 3 of my vehicles serviced there for several problems and have gotten excellent service each time. They are efficient, reasonably prices and you are always greeted with a smile. I'll never take my vehicles anywhere else. I recommend everyone go to NC 32 Automotive.
The best service and the most honest mechanic shop within 100 miles. I normally don't like going to shops but he has definitely sold himself as a true mechanic who just wants to help and doesn't charge too much for the incredible work.
