I brought in my van for scrap metal, they only paid 3 cents a pound!
The going rate for scrap vehicle weight is 8.5cents a pound.
I feel very cheated.
I will not be back.
I had the experience of meeting Robert and he was awesome. I was supposed to be next door and he went over and beyond expectations. He guided me out held traffic so I can get to my correct destination. Great job good customer service 5 stars over here.
Pricing is sketchy… told me one number over the phone . Got there realized it wasn’t the same wire. I didn’t realize the pricing was different until I got to the bank. I called them to discuss the price difference and they didn’t want to make it right. I called 3 other scrap yards prior to making the call and they were .15-.18 per/lb higher. I relaid this information to them and they still wouldn’t make it right to me. I would not Recommend going there.
What a wonderful team and company! They are super accommodating and their prices can’t be beat! I have been working with Brandon and couldn’t ask for a better rep or customer service. I highly recommend them for waste management.
Drivers be warned. There is pieces of metal all over the roads in this place. They have a sign at the office stating they are not responsible for tire damage. Half of the property is dirt so when it rains it turns into mud. The loading process for dry van is about two hours.
