Great place to buy computers, hi end amplifiers and stereo equipment. They also have use medical equipments and other surplus from U of M.

Over priced damaged goods. Wanted $150 for exterior doors.

Friendly ppl and a great place to shop and save!

No phone number to call them waste of time driving there.

This place is awesome. They have almost anything you need for home repairs and upgrades at good prices.

Set on the computer that they were open and when I arrived they were closed. There's no phone number to call and find out the correct hours.

Found a lot of great stuff and prices. Just couldn't get much help.

They got lots of good stuff alittle un organized but lots of kool stuff if your building

Too much stuff to take in but some great bargains. Just bought a new bathtub at a terrific price.

I see a people giving low reviews.. be it disorganized, dirty, not answering phones. Look at the name.. Salvage Depot.. they’ve great supplies at rock bottom prices.. it’s not lowes or Home Depot.. if you want to pay more for a spotless place go ahead but I love this place.. Jason is awesome!!

I really like this place, but my partner who is a contractor doesn't. I can't wait to bring more money, because you can always find a treasure here. My partner wants organized shelves no hunting or sorting. I guess he needs to pay extra at Lowes home improvement. My partner also complains about this place because "certain" supplies sellout immediately after arriving. Not sure what that means...

It's kinda hit or miss with this place. You don't get too much help either. But they have all kinds of stuff and cheap. Just have to be will to dig around.

Take your time and you will find pretty much anything you are looking for at less than half the price of Lowes and Home Depot. Huge inventory. Knowledgeable people.

The place is a mess. There were 3 guys setting at the front near the register. They're whole vocabulary consisted of curse words. No regard for customers. I blame that on the owner!

Found everything I needed and more. The only thing is no customer service. You have to look around and find everything on your own and load it up on your own. This is a salvage place though. You will save lots of money. I love this place such low prices and everything I bought looks new . my new go to place. You will love it.

It's like a candy store for Carpenters. Lol. Pick through what they have, save some money. It ain't lowes, which is why it's a 5 star for me. Will be back on the regular

Loved that place. Unbelievable stuff everywhere. All I wanted was a 3 foot piece of 3/4" pipe. Black pipe or galvanized. Didn't have.??

Place is great for random stuff you might need around the house... great prices, you just have to ask for the price of literally everything

Carried out the panels for me undamaged and at half the price. You have to shop on your own due diligence though.?

We got a really good deal on a exterior vinal door the kind where the blind is built in the door. The door had a little more cosmetic damage than some of the others so the guy took an additional $75 off the door. Nothing that a little paint or something can't fix.

Everything is piled up, nothing is priced and he acts like he doesn't want to be bothered with telling you the price of anything. Very weird acting, acts like they don't want people buying their stuff. GO FIGURE THAT ONE!!

Lots of wood products for home building and renovations. Appliances lots if stuff. Take your list and a truck and rome the Isles. If you can't find it ask one of the employees to let you know if they got it and tell you where it is. Save loads of cash over the retail stores. Giant mirrors fireplace surrounds so many things I never saw. Go there you won't be disappointed.

If you can find things would be a lot easier but other than that it's good store

The Cherryville store is much more organized than the Shelby location and you need to have an idea of what you’re looking for before you go (it’s a salvage place people, Not Lowe’s or Home Depot) However, you can find some great bargains! I got 50 boxes of laminate flooring for my home for less than HALF of what it would have costed at Lowe’s! and they didn’t have enough in stock at the Cherryville location so the owner called the Shelby location and they were expecting me when i pulled up! This is a great place for DIY home improvements and handymen/woman. Just do your research and compare prices.

Most prices are within 10% of Lowes. If you have a military discount (or not), just buy new and get the warranty and return policy. OK if you are looking for old or discontinued materials for repair.

Pretty well organized and decent prices. You just have to have the patience to walk the aisles to find what you're looking for.

Great place if you've got the time to sort through things. Some great prices.
