I entered this establishment, completely unaware of what I was looking for or what I needed. Lisa took the time to get to the source of what I needed. She was super professional and very helpful. I highly recommend if you are a woman and you're not sure or what you need to fix your car. Please go see Lisa. She will make you feel welcomed and she will certainly try to do everything she can to help you find what you need. Shes the backbone of the Napa store for sure. Thank you Lisa for making my car parts experience one that was stress free and easy for me.
Side note, she also gave me encouraging words because I felt like I was going to break down mentally because I didnt know what I was looking for. This interaction changed my whole day in a good way.
The two ladies that I dealt with were very nice and helpful. If I didn't live so far from here I would go to this store regularly just for the wonderful customer service.
There are a bunch of parts stores to choose from in the Wake Forest and Franklinton area. The best one in this area is the Franklinton Walker Auto Parts Store. Lisa and her crew are the best!!!!!!!!
Most auto part stores undermined me for being a girl walking in to buy parts, but not this place. The woman’s name was Lisa and when I walked in she took the time to speak with me and make me feel very welcomed and not degrading. I highly recommend this auto store, specially if you’re into building projects like me because they will be apart of it 100% and interested in your build every step of the way.
Good prices, good service. Lighting inside could be much better. Plenty of parking. Don't pay with a check if you might have to return an item; they don't have the ability to scan checks as ACH and they said it takes a long time to clear through main office in Raleigh. Check/debit card or cash is best.
A great place with amazing customer service ! Wouldn’t go anywhere else. And they have whatever you want and if they don’t they will have it for you the next day .

Knowledgeable staff, friendly personalized service and availability for automotive, truck and even heavy truck parts seem to be higher than any of the other parts suppliers.
