The sales man "Christan" is a jerk. I called for a bumper and and he gave me a price for $450+tax with free delivery to my body shop. I told him give me 20 mins so that i can get the correct address of the body shop. And later when i called back he and his team mates said, now the price is $500.
I never experienced any salesman/customer service like him.
I had a very good experience with Lewisville Motor company. I searched for almost 4 months for a used good motor for my Tacoma. Went and looked at a many of them Which other places claimed were good and running good, but it was a different story when I showed up to look at them between some having no oil on the dipstick or having valve train noises. I came across Lewisville Motor company after spending several months searching and hours traveling to look at motors. On a Thursday morning I come across there eBay store and I seen they had one listed, I sent a message and Jamie the guy that does their online listings reached out to me immediately and Answered any question I had and told me he would guarantee the motor. He put a hold on the motor for me and set up a time the very next morning “Friday” for me to run it and put eyes on the motor before purchasing. I made the 3 Hour Drive, went into the front office and That is where I met Trey another great guy that also assured me he would stand behind the motor as well and even worked with me on the core charge being I live far away.i checked the motor out all was well went back in the office where me and Trey talked for 30 minutes or so about various things. Very cool guy. I left there and called Jamie and he sent me the invoice right over to my phone. Got a message from Jamie Saturday night that engine was delivered to my local area and ready for pickup. Couldn’t have asked for better customer service. Motors running great I have had the motor now for almost 2 months and 4000miles it is running good. I highly recommend Jamie and Trey if y’all are at or dealing with Lewisville motor co. Also check out their eBay store. Jamie will take good care of you.

This is just a sign of the times I guess, once again another great company is ruined by being bought out by a conglomerate. Customer Service is no longer important. It seems to these guys. This used to be the number one spot to get stuff, now you’re lucky for anyone to answer the phone or let you know if they have a part. I was promised part would be in today, I ordered it three days previous. Took me an hour and a half to get a hold of anybody just to tell me that the part will not arrive till Monday.

I don't usually post reviews but the way that this company dealt with my car situation was horrible. I ordered a transmission from them and not only did they initially get in the wrong transmission. But when I finally got the transmission for my Honda Accord, it was a faulty transmission. I understand they don't put in transmissions but they were not willing to compensate me for the inconvenience of having to take the faulty transmission out. No refund, no compensation at all. My recommendation is not to do business here.
My husband and I have been looking for a truck bed for over a year. A friend of mine that lives in North Carolina found a truck bed that would fit our truck through Lewisville Motor Company. I have been dealing with Austin the whole time. It was a lot of money to send to someone I had never met and didn't get to see the truck bed. He made sure I felt more at ease and he made sure to send lots of pictures. When it came to shipping it all the way to Pennsylvania he made sure it was wrapped up so good and assured me every step of the way!! The truck bed arrived quickly and the guy doing the body work for us was very happy with the product!! If you need parts for your truck or car....Austin is your guy! I highly recommend this company and Austin. They are very professional and caring. Thank you Austin! I appreciate you so much! This world is so corrupt and scary now a day. Bought a remanufactured motor for my 05 GMC Sierra. I was of course skeptical laying that kind of $ down on something that I couldn’t see or put hands on till after it was delivered. They delivered the motor to my mechanic and pickup the core after the job was done.
I did my 1st oil change this morning after the 500 mile break in period. I’ve listened very carefully for those past 500 miles for any blips or bumps that shouldn’t be there.
As of this morning the new motor has purred along beautifully. To date I’m extremely happy with my purchase. The staff was very knowledgeable,friendly and polite.
These guys know what they’re doing! I have had so many good interactions with this company! Specifically Chris Bolin is awesome! He helped me get a new steering column and window after my car was broken into. They’ve relieved so much stress in this process! Thank you Lewisville Motor Co.!!!
Still waiting on a part i was suppose to get in 5 days ago. Still paying for my rental and still getting the run around about where my part is. So far worst service ive had from a place like this.
Edit; Cancelled all my jobs to be here at 5pm and pick it up at their convenience. As im pulling in i was told itll be 5:40. Still waiting for this to be proven as another lie.
They always have everything you’re looking for, at a very competitive rate compared to all other suppliers and of course they pull the parts for you. So your saving time and money. If they don’t have it here they can have the item shipped to you from their other locations. The employees are very knowledgeable and do their best to make sure you as a customer are satisfied.

I can only echo what others have said about this place. It wasn't just very very nice inside, but the entire place was clean, and the people were professional. I traveled almost 3 hours to pick up the part I needed and the gentleman that sold me the part was kind enough to make sure it was carefully taken off so as to not damage the wiring harness. THANK YOU so much.

This is hands down the best company to deal with!!! I ordered an item on Ebay and misread the description. He could have sent the item and not said a word and I would have not had anything near what I needed. Instead, he took the time to email me and I called him and he helped me get what I needed. There is not many honest people like this left in the world today!!! From now on, if I need ANY vehicle parts, no matter the price within reason, I will buy from this company!!!! i bought a driveshaft for my truck from this company and within 10 miles of it being professional put in by a shop it broke. So while under my 90 day warranty i tried to get my refund but i was told that i “abuse my truck” and that it was “squatted” when in fact my truck was completely leveled with perfect angles. So i didn’t get any of my money back, i was insulted, and treated very poorly.
Spoke with this company about a used Honda Pilot radio that I was trying to upgrade in my 2016 to a 2018 receiver. They were completely honest and have a great warranty policy. I would definitely keep doing business with them and they have my recommendation.
Called 3 days ago for a part that is not typically inventoried, just gets chucked in the vehicle, been put on hold for (what felt like) hours at a time for the next 2 days in a row trying to see if part was available before taking the time out my very busy day to drive an hour each way back and fourth, still pulled the gun and drove out to see what's going on, waited in line for 30 minutes to be told it still has not been checked on and will call me back later this evening if he gets time to go check after telling him it's not easy for me to keep coming out like this. Left with out service.
I've dealt with the company for years prior to this with absolutely no issues or complaints at all coming from my end, as a private individual and commercially through Speedy auto/Sultania motors in High point nc. The situation could have been handled differently as done so in the past with minimal effort at that, sending me on my way, with my part, a very happy customer.
This was the best experience I've ever had buying a replacement part for my car. In 20 minutes, Chris Benitez had found my part, showed me images to verify my part, put my info in the system for future purchases, process my payment and my part was in my hand. Chris in very nice. The foyer/lobby is clean and professional in appearance. They should've been my 1st choice.

I didn’t have the best experience my first visit. But, Justin called me personally the next day & made sure I got the spare tire I was looking for. When I came to pick it up, Jacob was very kind to bring it out to my car as well as check to see if they had the kit that went with it. They did have it for an excellent price so I got everything I needed. Although I wasn’t happy the first round, they went above & beyond to make it right which I greatly appreciate. I would definitely recommend them & will be back for any other parts needs I may have.
Got a door that said would fit what we had. It didn't. Yes we put a fresh coat of pant on it before we realized it. This was a used door keep in mind. That refused to take it back. We got another one from them . It was missing more parts and damaged. When we got it.I had over ten hr of driven to get it. Bad attitudes don't care about customer satisfaction. Was about to have a bill for over $400 for two tail lights (turn signal goes out, you have to replace the whole thing) Lewisville Motor Company only wanted $160! The new shop looks great guys!
