This is just a sign of the times I guess, once again another great company is ruined by being bought out by a conglomerate. Customer Service is no longer important. It seems to these guys. This used to be the number one spot to get stuff, now you’re lucky for anyone to answer the phone or let you know if they have a part. I was promised part would be in today, I ordered it three days previous. Took me an hour and a half to get a hold of anybody just to tell me that the part will not arrive till Monday.
Don’t even bother with this place. Called about a part just for them to say they had it and charge me to essentially wait a damn week just to be told they don’t actually have the part and couldn’t even find the damn car it was supposed to come out of! A complete waste of time as my car sits at the auto ready to be fixed now I have storage fees piling up because these assholes couldn’t do their job
