Found this place when my daughter was looking to buy a car. I wound up having them change the valve body and filter on a 2010 Sentra CVT transmission. They provided a quote and was very transparent. They did the work in a timely fashion while keeping me posted on the status. I got the car back and the repairs were done with zero issues or “add-ons”. Their price was fair and staff was very courteous. I highly recommend checking with them for your automotive work.
I was on a 9 hour road trip when our check engine light came on and our car wouldn’t accelerate. As you can imagine, this is always so frustrating when traveling. We immediately pulled off the exit and Discount Auto Parts was right there, so we pulled into their parking lot. The people there were busy but found a way to make time for us almost instantly. They ran diagnostics on our car, gave us all the info we needed and delivered outstanding customer service. Just blown away by how helpful they were. 10/10 recommend this place.

The automatic 6-speed (rare) transmission in our 2008 Saab 9-3 Aero failed. The team at Discount Auto Parts was able to source a very hard to find lightly used transmission and work with us through multiple other technical issues which were discovered through the process. (One of those issues being a burnt connector which was also very difficult to find). Communication throughout the process was top notch and the cost was very reasonable. They met every expectation as they completed the swap and got everything reassembled. The Saab is back on the road now - running and shifting smoothly for the past month. Thank you!!
Excellent service. Our SUV engine self-destructed (Ford Cyclone engine plastic water pump) and I sought a shop that could reliably replace the engine with a good low-mileage one. They did a great job, good communication. We had several parts issues that had to be dealt with (ancillary parts on used engine), every time they communicated with me to check if extra cost was OK. End result was very satisfactory, new engine runs like a champ. Glad to recommend to friend or relative.
This place posted a car up for sale on Facebook, I let them know I was on my way and set up a time to meet. Coming from 2 hours away. They decide to tell me they sold the car when I was 10 minutes away, this place does not care about customers time !! They only care about the money. Horrible establishment, someone with a name Farrah Kamran on Facebook.

I found no other auto parts shop that are more genuine and courteous than discount auto parts. I take my both cars for any service over there like oil change and NC inspection tire change and they do a good job.
I started to change the Serpentine belt on my step daughters Forte. I got the old one off and it got dark on me then Ian come through. I called this shop and they completed the job for me and only charged $55. They seem really nice and was easy to work with. I even got my rachet wrench back I left on the tensioner. I'll be coming back to Discount Auto Parts guaranteed! Also took less than 45 minutes in and out. Very happy!
Dropped off car for transmission replacement pickup it up like this after having my vehicle towed by a company that the owner says they use on the regular. Now there is no way to get up with the tow company that they used for my vehicle which they also use on the regular. No one is accepting responsibly or accountably for the damages there is no real show of concern on the damages that I will have to get repaired out of my pocket

The responsible guy is called Shahid is a dishonest guy.he cheats the customers about prices.very greedy.at the same time has a weak experience about cars....Please guys ask about parts prices in other places before you leave him your cars...
