We sell engines, transmissions, starters, alternators, AC compressors, steering columns, exterior body parts, and internal vehicle parts. We are open six days a week from 9 am to 5 pm. Great people, great service. My 80 year old aunt called and got a part from this place. She didn't want to bother anyone with it so she called and this place provided her with great service. They brought the part and put it on and treated her with respect and didn't try and take advantage of her. I wished she would've told the family but glad she found a respectful place that did right by her
I love this place. I needed to buy a used car for a lower price and this place helped me out to find me a very good car: an Altima 2015. In fact, I paid here way less than what other dealers were telling me to pay. The people here are great and very hospitable. They try to help you at every cost, no matter what. You could negotiate the price. I did not feel pressured to buy a vehicle even after having test drive like 5 vehicles. Would highly recommend this place.
I work as a car repair shop manager, and I called and asked if they had a specific rim. I was they did, but If I wanted it today I’d have to come take it off the car. I was fine with that. So I drive 25 mins, I get there and they can’t find the rims. After the fact I was told they had them. Not only that but the guy at the first desk with the goofy hair cut acted very nonchalant about the whole situation. Very unprofessional. Bad business.
I'd highly recommend this junkyard for used OEM auto parts. The crew is friendly and cooperative, and the parts are available here at cheaper prices versus majority of the salvage yards in the Triad area. My experience at this place was 5-star plus; so, I'd encourage others to give them a try. I was surprised when I first discovered this place that such a huge used parts store could be situated in such a not-so-well-known area. Another good thing about 711 Used Parts is that they sell used cars too, whereas the prices, I believe, are quite reasonable.
Bought a "running 55k mile" engine from them, mechanic says "it's been run lean for a long time, definitely way over 55k miles, and has overheated, heads are warped but will need to go to a machine shop to verify" I'm withing the 30 day warranty, but they been giving me excuses all week about getting a replacement before I could get refunded.
I don't recommend them for anything after this.
Called for a part and they said they had it and on the shelf ready to go. I knew very specifically which version of this part I needed and asked him three times to confirm. He put his hands on and verified it was correct, so he said and then get there and find out he was incorrect. It was the wrong part, this isn’t a matter of not knowing since it says on the part which it is. This is a matter of not caring or not doing your job. Tried to support local, won’t call back since we can’t count on them.
