I enjoy the cleanliness of the yard everything is layout and accessible the staff are friendly and approachable especially Alauna her parts knowledge is impressive I will continue to visit and recommend to friends and family.

$700 for muffler, seats, carpet, seatbelts, and a few pieces of trim for a 20+ year old car. Absolute rip off. I’ve been a longtime high volume customer for over 10 years. I will never step foot on any Pull-A-Part property again. If I hadn’t spent half my day walking around and pulling parts off 4-5 vehicles in the heat of the day I would have just walked out so they can throw 90% into the dumpster. They won’t get a single penny from me again.

Rob is a Rep that works at the checkout area. I was only a few dollars away from being able to use a $25 coupon. He suggested I grab a couple of jugs of washer fluid to hit the total. Do yes, I spent $6 more but saved $15. Thanks Rob!!

I just wanna give attention or attention is due this location went over and beyond to help me in ways. I didn’t even have to. I just want to say what a great place this was to visit and to spend my money. I recommend this location over Charlotte. Charlotte was a horrible experience.

Its been about a year since I've been down - this time I came back for a couple of truck beds and some body parts Alaina greeted me with a smile and an enthusiastic "HI!" She was courteous and professional from when I checked in to when I payed for the beds on the way out the gate. Besides recomending her for a raise, she's got a standing invitation to come up to Pittsburgh and watch a Steelers game with me!

I purchased a vehicle from Robert T. The car sales man and i had a wonderful experience. He provided quick and excellent customer service, while giving me as much information he could on a used car I purchased. Craziest place I've ever encountered trying to buy salvage parts from. They couldn't answer anything I asked, had trouble even trying to look up parts or find a part in their inventory system. When I commented to the clerk I spoke with that I was not happy trying to work with them, she actually apologized & admitted they don't have a user friendly system & recommended 109 UPull It. She said they're much better & easier to buy parts from.

They had 4 cherokees and we got lots of extra stuff we weren’t shopping to get today but that’s always good. The only sad part was when we were entering the yard the girl taking our money could barely speak English and didn’t complete her job. That being said we were hassled and made to look like we were stealing something when we were paying for our parts to leave after the gentleman at the register does the normal bag check. May be back. May not. Either way just a warning to make sure YOU AS THE CUSTOMER/VISITOR remind whoever you pay upon entering to do their job completely and check every zipper large and small on your tool bag.

I want to call out Alana at PaP Winston-Salem location for her great customer service. I had pulled an ABS assembly this morning and when checking out, I saw the register price was higher than what I believed the online part pricing reflected. She was patient and explained how that particular assembly/components are priced. She took the time to walk me through the pricing (it was MY MISUNDERSTANDING as how that assembly and it's components are priced/sold) and I appreciated her knowledge and excellent customer service! I really like the PaP business model and helpful associates.

What’s wonderful place to go to get used part and what an amazing price. My dad and I visited yesterday for Memorial Day and what a discount they had! Veronica and Astrid was so nice to us , will definitely coming back soon and hopefully they will have another sale

Astrid herself is amazing and always has a great attitude while at work. Pull a part itself needs to have a little more depth when it comes to allowing customers to check first fitting etc before purchasing or allowing refunds because not only are you charging as much as things are new ….thats where I’ll leave that. Give 240 for a car at scrap and want the same in a hood and front end. SMH

I tried calling to see about the price of a transmission. It took me several minutes to get past the stupid computer. The "specialist" I talked to was talking so fast that I couldn't understand what she was saying. I never did get a price. They asked for my email address & then sent me a coupon after saying that they would email me the price. I still haven't gotten the price!!! I even specifically asked if she was sending me the price & info & SHE SAID YES! So why haven't I gotten the info that I called for???

I agreed to sell a wrecked car back in November. Since then, I have had FOUR appointments for a driver to pick up my car. Four no shows. Never a call afterwards to explain what happened. Every time I’ve rescheduled it was like I was scheduling for the first time. Today I even called during the provided time and was promised that the driver would call me. That did not happen. How does a company that is so poor at customer server service stay in business?

This place is awesome. Super organized tons of parking and a good process. So nice to just walk and pull parts. You have to pull the parts yourself and hope the car on the lot hasnt been picked of the parts yourself need. Much cheaper than buying brand new parts online.

Start here. Things are organized and the inventory stays pretty fresh, so it's not picked over. When you get into the building, just use the touchscreen to enter part search criteria, and you'll get a printout of both the exact and possible crosses they have on the lot, including the color and what row each car is on. Been to the pull a part place 3 times now in the past 3 months and so far it’s been amazing. Thankfully so far i’ve been lucky getting the parts I need and pricing is great! Definitely recommend coming if you need a part that you are okay with being used and are on a small budget!

Ample parking, friendly staff & good selection. This is my first choice if I need a hard to find car part. I needed a washer reservoir. The car was picked clean, but it had the part I needed. I found a few parts I didn't need, but could use (upgrades). Tell Shane (manager) that Mike sent you. He might give you a discount.

I had a pleasant experience here. I had never been to a junk yard before but I was happy they have every car logged. I typed in the car I was looking to poach parts from and they printed out a list of cars and their according rows. I wish they posted more map signs showing where you were in the yard along with the rows since it’s such a large yard to navigate just based on the list.

I was in Winston Salem at a nearby hospital while my elderly mother was having surgery. The surgery went well and a good friend of my mom's drove her back to our property in Virginia. They were driving my mom’s paid for 2021 TRD Off Road Toyota 4Runner. I had traded vehicles with my daughter. She owns a BMW e90 328i and I have quite a few restored cars plus a BMW e60 550i. So, browsing an automobile recycling center can pay off well for me. For example I found a piece of dashboard trim for my 1995 Impala SS last Monday locally here in Raleigh. I go to LKQ because that’s my only option. Pull-a-Part in Winston Salem is twice the size, organized and clean. You can even rent a golf car. The prices here were much more reasonable than I’m used to. It’s $2 to enter the yard and LKQ charges $3. I’m on a fixed income so these dollars matter. The staff I dealt with were gregarious unlike what I’m used to dealing with. Vicky and Veronica gave me a hard time for being “that guy” that security had to kick out at closing time. I just lost track of time looking at the retired Crown Vic Interceptors. I’ll definitely take a little side trip here on my next visit to my property in the Blue Ridge Mountains.
