I met Tyler last year when I needed towing assistance from an accident on the highway & have used this company ever since. Not only do they offering towing but all mechanical work as well. I love getting my oil changes and brand new tires from here! He’s super friendly, outgoing, and hard working. I can always rely on him to fix my car in a timely manner and always have the cheapest prices in town! Not only is it affordable and convenient he also has the sweetest shop dog Chubbs who will keep you company as you wait on your car ! Overall such a great company.

A&W Auto and Towing saved us a lot of money! We had taken our car to a nearby Subaru dealership not in Winston and received an estimate to repair it. The repair job was estimated to be over $9,300.00 because they thought it needed a new transmission. Tyler and Chris thoroughly checked our Subaru and determined that the problem was due to break in a black wire. So, for less than $500.00 our problem was quickly resolved. We found Chris and Tyler to be extremely knowledgeable and efficient! We were so glad that Tyler had been recommended to us.

Firstly, staff was super patient with me, as I was running late, and he had a very important family engagement. The warm reception was exceptional, and my transaction went very smoothly. My friend Don recommended A&W Auto and Towing to me. So on a rainy Friday morning I went to their shop. When I arrived, I first noticed the shop was very organized and tidy. Was welcomed by Tyler, he was under the hood working on a Chevy Classic. His team was under the hood of a Lexus. Tyler was very efficient and communicated with me throughout. I needed a new few items to fix my truck. Tyler and his skilled team fixed my problems in a timely manner. I know it cost a fraction of what it would have at the dealership. Tyler and his team were incredible. Strongly recommended!
I have been working with John and Tyler for a few years now and they do all my repair work on my cars and trucks! Have been trying to get this company to tow a broken down vehicle for two weeks now through aaa.(Called multiple times per day) AAA tells me that I should receive a call from the driver when he/she is on the way. NOTHING. Maybe they should find some employees with a decent work ethic.
