I had a vehicle towed by Doss Towing to their shop on Patterson Avenue . My brother was killed in this accident & the driver was very
sympathetic & the price was very reasonable
They had to dispatch a trailer & rollback due to the magnitude of the wreck . My brother had dropped something down on floorboard & attempted to retrieve it . When he did he took eyes off rd & crossed center line & hit a dump truck head on resulting in him crushing his sternum & taking his life . We all have done this ( reaching down & retrieving something we have dropped cell phone, drink, etc.) Please don’t do this !!!
Mr. Doss provided exceptional service and is a blessing from the Lord, my car was stolen and he came to the rescue and really took the time and worked with me during my hardship. He is a good hearted person and he enjoys helping people that he be a blessing too. I’m so ever grateful and thankful, he will never be forgotten by me
Absolutely the best towing experience ever. Anyone who has 7 rescued dogs and advocates for dog rescue on the side of their truck is automatically a preferred vendor for me, but in addition Jason is a genuinely nice guy who made me feel perfectly safe as a single woman stranded over an hour from home. He was competent and took excellent care of my car, and at a better price than I was quoted elsewhere. Very highly recommend!
Doss towing went ABOVE AND BEYOND FOR ME ON THIS RAINY day Best customer service and timely as well thank you so much for helping me and my family and the time of crisis there was no space for him to get in my driveway because my neighbors rather stand and watch them to move their vehicles, but does Tone was able to do this trick and was able to get my car right where it needed to be when I say he is the king of towing try it!!!

Doss Towing was dispatched by my insurance company to jump start my car. Not the best day to get into your car and it doesn’t start, Wednesday afternoon before Thanksgiving. Jason arrived at the time defined by insurance road side assistance. Doss Towing provided efficient, professional service. My usual car service group was closing early because of the holiday. I was at a total loss of where to go for a new battery. Jason shared information for battery replacement and actually made calls for me to get service.
Such a kind generous person and the extra perk was I got to meet his rescued doggies that accompanied him on his call. I would definitely use his services again and recommend him to my friends.

Jason was absolutely awesome! Our truck broke down literally 800 feet from his shop at 8:30 pm, and he allowed us to park it at his shop for the night so we could deal with the issue the next day. He answered right away when I called, he was very polite, and offered a few different money saving options. We will definitely be calling him again if we ever need to!

There was an unfortunate situation with our
Door Dash driver. The young guy was pulling in our driveway, but he pulled in too far to the right of our driveway and got stuck in our driveway culvert.

These people are awesome! My son’s tires were slashed in a parking garage so the tow truck couldn’t fit in there. They brought 2 extra tires and put on the donut tire to get me to the tire store. Jason is who I spoke to and Josh came out and really went over and beyond. I felt taken care of, safe and I felt if I had any other troubles with the car I would be ok, Doss had my back! Thank you!

Does towing towed my vehicle after I was involved in an accident that totaled my car. They were quick, efficient. When I had to go to the office and sign the paperwork, the lady working was polite and informative and my car was easily accessible to remove my belongings.

TLDR: This place is awesome, truly a gym, outstanding customer service!! Trust me.. !!
Let me just start off by saying I usually don’t do reviews unless the service and experience was immaculate.. and this was one of them.. We just so happen to stop in the middle of the night right off the exit by the shop due to an air leak and blown air bag.. Right off the jump, Jason was on it. Keeping me updated on the part search, escorting me from the on ramp to the shop.. and even brought us some food. (Because we couldn’t leave the truck unattended.. ) If that wasn’t enough, next morning, him and Joshua went above and beyond to get us back rolling quick as possible..despite obstacles after obstacle .. Both were truly a pleasure to work with in general.. what went from a sketchy night for us turned out to be such an enjoyable experience..all in all.. we usually go to a major dealer/carrier like TA/Petro/Loves .. but I’m glad we didn’t this time.. we got to meet some really cool ppl, and you can tell there’s really a family atmosphere there and over all good vibes..I would have rather went no where else.. 10/10 highly recommend !!!
Towed my car in the middle of the night. Jason Doss could not be a more honest and helpful soul. Easiest 5 stars of my life. Offered me help for almost nothing at all and even helped me store my vehicle when I wasn't able to find a way to keep it stored locally elsewhere. Very quick to pick up the phone and fast to arrive on-site. Couldn't recommend a towing service more.

Their staff is incredibly professional and extremely knowledgeable at what they do. Not only that, their mission is to rescue and save as many animals as possible. They came out to help me with me with my car. I ran over a tree stomp and will came out to help me. He was very knowledgeable about cars and his truck. He got me unstuck in under 10 mins with out damage to my car at all. Will the owner was very nice when my card declined and allowed his driver will to follow me to get cash which was a life saver. I definitely will be using the service again. I appreciate how fast they came out also.
