Cesar got to me very quickly. He was very professional and it took him less time to get my car towed. I appreciate him getting me safely to the dealership to service my car.
After being stood up by a different tow company Cesar Belaez picked up my car to tow to the shop. He was on time professional and listen to everything I asked. Definitely recommend the tow company and he is a great asset to your company.
My car broke down unexpectedly, and they were able to send someone there picking up my car within 20 minutes of the call. They were able to drop the car off at my house and helped me roll it into the garage. Very prompt, professional, and helpful.

Great group of guys. I broke down on the side of Salem Parkway, called and he said he'd have someone there in 20 minutes. His guy was there right on time, very professional and quick at his job, got it towed where I asked him in the right amount of time and the rate was very reasonable.
Very professional, and courteous. My mother was broke down a couple of miles from the Baptist hospital and Jose with Flex towing has been the best! He was there within 10 minutes to pick up my mom, took her back to the hotel she is staying and is also towing the vehicle back to our hometown which is an hour and half away for a very reasonable price. Omg so yesterday I need a tow. My truck had all four tire flat. And one tire was off. Me not knowing the towing process ( me being a woman, that don't know too much about cars but to drive it! Lol) I was just thinking they could jusy tow it to tire shop no problem. But it was some extra work that had to be performed. Then they was gracious enough to pick up truck from tire repair shop and take it to my dealership. I highly recommend their service. I called the guy and he was here to help me within 15min and helped me out fast. Very professional and told me everything I needed to do to keep a good charge in my car . Its running very well now.
