My truck wouldn't start one afternoon at a park. I called Dean's, was told by the driver he was headed to drop off a car in Clemmons and would be right there in about an hour. After an hour went by, I called back. No answer or voice mail. I waited 30 minutes more, called again. Same thing again. Phone just rang and rang. Against my better judgement, I waited a little while longer and called back. No answer, just ringing. I then called Ray's towing on South Main Street. They said the driver will call me when in route. 5 minutes later, the driver, from Ray's called, said was in route, be there in less than 30 minutes. Still no answer from Dean's. I tried twice more to let them know I got another towing company. Ray's was 5 minutes earlier than estimated. I called Dean's the next day for an answer when my tow was coming. They saw I had called several times, but couldn't answer my questions. Thanks Ray's Towing for your excellent service. You'll be getting any and every tow from me and others from now on. This review will be posted on Ray's as well.
So I’ve used Mr. Dean to help me out twice now and I don’t think I’ll use any other tow service as long as I can help it. He is such a pleasure to deal with and very reliable. It’s not just a worthy business for me to support, but the person and people behind the mission really are outstanding. 10/10 I definitely recommend!
We had to get my car towed this morning and had a great experience with Dean. My car was stuck in park, there was no way to get it in neutral, and he was careful and did as much as possible to drag it as little as possible. Really great customer service all around. We'll definitely be using them from now on.

Seems to be the only tow company in the area that answers their phone. There's nothing worse than being stuck somewhere and having to leave a message that may never be returned. I can't recommend them highly enough. They do take credit cards.
Dean and his employees helped move a shed shed for me. He and his staff were timely, courteous and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

I live on a busy road where accidents happen often. This is the first time I've seen a tow truck driver clean up the glass and debri. It means so much. That extra care. BTW he flipped an upside car in one rigging... I have it on video...KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!!

They helped me get to a flat tire repair store but it was only 11 miles and it cost me 80 bucks so basically around $3 dollars of gas and offputting customer service and now I'm out 80 dollars. Definitely way too expensive.
Called twice two days in a row was asked to keep calling back the next day and told me to write myself a reminder or a note. Says they are 24 hours when they apparently are not. If you can make it fit into his schedule I'm sure he will help you if needed promptly I'd try someone else.
I needed my tractor transported for service and needed specific times to pick up and drop off. Dean's Towing did exactly as requested . They were very friendly, reasonably priced and professional. Highly recommend.

Terrible mechanics that dont kno the laws of inspections. Building needs to be condemned no where for customers to sit. Overall this is not a business more of take advantage of people and also put on used bald tires. That's what kind of vehicles they let leave their garage. Place is a complete dump
The Customer service is Horrible, Is obvious that that's not Thier strong point. I went with another tow company that was further away,But atleast they cared about the situation at hand with my car,I wouldn't recommend thisntow company.
