Absolutely incompetent. Had Mohamed repair a brake cylinder, it took a week to do a three hour job. Meanwhile, I brought in a car with a major repair need. He never even looked at it for over a week and when I wanted to take it somewhere else he tried to hustle me for a $100/day storage fee. This guy is a fraud and a stain on this community.
Had them replace my manifold gasket and and reset my light. Car drove WORSE ! After he replaced it. Came up here to tell him about the problem and he caught an attitude saying he know he did exactly everything right. Kept yelling that I didn’t pay him to fix anything just replace so he don’t have nothing to do with it
I had a great experience at A1 Auto Towing & Repair. Dustin gave me a quote on a price to install an LED emblem on the grille of my car and an expected time of completion. He followed through on both and he was able to squeeze me in for an appointment on the same day I made the initial inquiry. He made sure everything was working as expected before driving off. Great customer service!!
I've been coming to A1 since January for service on all of my vehicles. I initially came to get minor service done but I was blown away by the level of detail Omar and Dustin were able to attend to. They went above and beyond to take care of my car needs and since, I've brought several other cars for varying levels of mechanical needs.

Great service…professional…fast with excellent prices! We were over 200 miles from home and in town to visit our son at school when we noticed our radiator was leaking badly. We coasted into A-1-Auto with an over heated engine. We asked the mechanic (Dustin) if he could look at our radiator. He quickly told us the problem and quoted a repair price. Within 10 minutes he had a new radiator brought in from a parts store. In less an hour we were are way back to see our son…Great customer service…Thanks Dustin!!!!
It's a great place to have your car service they do brake work body work they do it all I work there so I can tell you I just started there last week so it's a good place to have your card and cheap and reasonable and do good service all right I recommend for anybody to come there not just cuz I work there I just do good work
Got a tow from these guys and had them do diagnostics on an older Honda. As soon as I saw the reviews I called em up for them to tow it again to the Flow dealer down the road. Same price for the tow to get A1 from across town as to get to the Flow dealer right around the corner.
Couple of dudes were outside working on the car and correctly diagnosed the problem. "Don't worry my friend, we got it" was all I got when I walked over there. Car was parked next to the sidewalk, so anyone with a screwdriver and some motivation coulda stolen the battery and walked off within a couple minutes, hood was open with no one around for at least a couple hours (went over and checked)
Tow prices are read off a sheet of paper in handwriting ranging from $35 to over $100. Mechanics told me they'd been working on the car for maybe 20 minutes, but was still charged an hour labor for diagnostics. This is fine, it's by the book not to actually charge for the actual repair time. But over $200 for a tow and diagnostics? Flow gets you $120 diag and it goes toward the repair...
Go with the dealer's shop, these guys end up costing more money than the dealer
Tony is a very good mechanic with years of experience. Our daughter attends college in the area and her older BMW started to have one problem after another, Tony repaired all of them. He went out of his way to find the parts needed and delivered the car repaired when he said he would at a fair price.
Went to this place for a new alternator, and they fixed it but after i left the lot my engine was making weird noises. I came back and told them but the noises had stopped by then and the boss told me i would be fine and checked it twice. More than 2 hrs later the noise came back on the highway and my car broke down. They came and picked me up but are the reason my car broke down and still are charging $120 for a towing fee. When all the boss couldve done is check my car when i was there the first time instead of getting rid of me.
DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE, I REPEAT THIS IS NOTHING MADE UP AND IT WILL SEEM GOOD AT FIRST BUT THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF
The horror stories you have read could not be more true and giving this place 1 star is almost too nice. Went there 3 times, I was told I'm good to go both times I left, I broke down 4 hrs later one time a day and half later the second time with the same problem. Was told I need a new alternator and was charged 500.00 for it. After it still didnt work I spoke with the owner he was very rude and not willing to give me even a partial refund, he could careless if I broke down again. They admitted after the fact they didnt know much about this kind of car and didnt have the right kind of computers to see what's wrong. The only good thing is Randy did finally figure out what's wrong and was helpful but I wonder if I have a 500.00 new alternator for nothing as the issue was a wire. This place isn't going to give you hardly any documention and the owner will give you the run around, please avoid this place at all cost.
Wow, can't believe this place is still in business. Had tires and rims installed on my car and drove out of the lot and the front wheels came off. Lug wrench was broken. To make matters worse, the owner had the audacity to get mad when I demanded a refund! The nerve of me. Had to take the bums to court to get justice. Fortunate no one was hurt or killed. One star is too many, but couldn't go any lower. They're a disgrace to anyone with a 1 star rating.
This place is terrible they was suppose to give me Durango a full tune up instead they told me I needed a new engine and they changed the price on that several times they removed all the custom crome fixtures and put different fixtures the even took my custom grill I had and put another grill they did not do a full tune up nor did they put a new engine in they removed some of my body frame and put a different frame... At this time I am still going through trying to figure out what else they have done to my vehicle...They also could and most certainly would not produce the proper documentation about all the work they have done... And the owner is very rude and disrespectful...
This place cuts corners and rips hard working people off!! The owner's son smelled of beer real bad and while I was there a few two minute deal's was made in the parking lot. Change help all the time, don't pay worker's. "STAY AWAY AND DON'T GET RIPPED OFF"
