I had a pleasant and convenient experience with Horns Garage Inc. They were quick to send me help. The poor tow truck driver (I wish I caught his name, red hair, glasses) had to wait for me to open a gate because I was running behind. He was still super nice, helpful and efficient. He was so friendly it felt like a coworker or a family friend coming out to do me a quick favor. Would highly recommend and will definitely go back if I need help in the future
Shane delivered a trailer tandem by rollback to my place in record time. Great person to talk to and really made a positive impact/impression on me of what Horn's Garage's Values are and the people they have. I will be calling them and supporting this business in the future every chance I get.
I have been going to Horns garage for my vehicle inspections for years. Everyone I’ve ever come in contact with have always been kind and helpful. I be had some issues in my inspection going through on a few of my vehicles and they tried assisting me on what to do so it would pass. Kenny is who I deal with mostly. He is so personable and friendly. I won’t take my vehicles for inspection anywhere else. In reading other reviews they seem to be a very customer service oriented business as I can attest from my experiences!
Greatly appreciate the patience, compassion, and help from these guys. The gentleman that was driving tow truck that night did not have to take the time to help me understand what had happened or even get the answers i needed from the police but he did and i am so thankful to him for that! I have always had nothing less than exceptional service from Horn's garage.
Car got towed because I had a flat tire and just didn't get to it fast enough ..24 hours on someone's lot (I accept responsibility for that)
Called a few places, found it at Hornes...250 to get out that day and 45 any additional day. Ok, fine, I went to get it the next day, as thr day prior was a holiday and didn't have 250 laying around now it is 350 (they said 430, took off
80- Super Thanks) ???? The day before they tell me it would be 295 if I came the next day (which I did!)
On top of EVERYTHING, they broke the clock spring, and the horn beeps on right turns . Complete price gouging, knowing you have to pay to get your car. It was towed 1 MILE from their yard. No sympathy and didn't care one bit about the car or the people who owed it.
I went to have the NC state inspection in my motorhome, Kenny did the inspection and he was very nice and professional and also the rest of the staff, great place.
Grayson has people that will take care of your car when it needs to be towed. Put their phone number in your contact lists so that you can get professionals when you need them.
