these guys were quick and happy to help us when my fiancé’s car wouldn’t start, i thought we were gonna need a tow but luckily he got it started with a jump and we could get the car home! i’m very glad to know we have a friendly local tow company if we ever need it in the future!
We were waiting for over 4 hours for another company. When we searched them up there were a lot of complaints about them not showing up, and predatory towing practices (who knew that was a thing), anyway we found Whiteheart and Sons Towing. They were there in 30 minutes, and Ryan got us towed to the dealership service center. He even recommended their service center for future maintenance on our vehicle after this issue is resolved. We appreciate the after hours fast service and customer service we received. The other tow truck finally showed up and Ryan professionally handled the situation as well.
Tyler did an amazing job towing my car! He was polite, informative and understanding. Dispatch was as well and got my car towed to its destination within 20mins of me calling. Thank yall so much!
Truck broke down at almost 10pm. They answered the phone first ring, came out within 30 min and had it dropped off all in less than an hour. On top of that the price is amazing compared to competitors. A+
I would like to say Steve is the best tow truck driver I ever met and I’m 61. He pick my car and I up from Take 5 that put my car in a non driving status and handle everything I needed from beginning to the end. I did have to do nothing at the dealership he handle everything.He went above and beyond his call of duty. Thank again Steve your #1 in my book.

Tyler hooked me up big time!! Once he got to my apartment, I showed him what the problem was. Immediately tested the battery and he said it was bad. He jumped it and the car started up immediately. This man saved me a bundle on car repairs. And to top it off, HE CAME BACK! Once I got my new battery, he hopped back over and installed it for me. This man knows how to help a customer. I appreciate Tyler and the company greatly for making my morning better!!
Extremely Unhelpful. I got my car towed after an accident and 2 hrs later needed to pick up things from my car after an emergency room visit. They said they were closed, mind you they were closed while my car was picked up also.
Man these guys are awesome. They were on time and got me out of a pretty muddy situation. These guy are definitely on my 911 tow call list from here on out. Couldn’t have call a better company. I’m grateful for the services I was given.

Highly recommended! I was coming home late last night and got my first flat tire ever and was a little panicked being on the side of the road highway at night. I called and they said they would be there in 30 min and they showed up right on time! They had my flat swapped out in minutes and both gentlemen were so nice. They even helped me get safely back on the highway. I have never had such nice service! Thank you for the amazing help!!!

Man, I called these guys at 7:30pm thinking they were gonna break the bank… 2hrs later my truck was hauled from Winston Salem to Pilot mountain for $150… super friendly people and FAST even after hours… I tried to tip more but they didn’t have Apple Pay. Stellar customer service, 10/10 would recommend.
I needed a tow for my mom's car and called Whiteheart for the job. They were very professional and did the request quickly. Reid was an extremely kind man. He was punctual and took great care when delivering my mom's car. My only negative is that the online payment does not allow for a tip and I really wanted to give one to Reid for his outstanding work for me. Thank you for the help and thank you Reid for being so kind. I would 100% recommend them on a tow need.
My daughter was in a bad accident was ran off the road. I have AAA called them to tow her car they came and informed me they can’t tow her car because it was not a tow but a recovery even though I told them that when I called. I looked up Whiteheart and Sons and they were there within 20 minutes. Customer service was top notch and the driver updated us the whole time.
I needed a tow today (Sunday morning 8:30am). I called around and they were the cheapest (needed a tow for 45 miles). I ended up calling them back to let them know I would need them. By the time I got off the phone I only had to wait 15 mins for them to show up. Stephen was my tow guy and he was phenomenal and very personable. He knew exactly what he was doing and made great conversation with me while I waited. I will use Whiteheart for all my towing needs for the future.

I hit a spot of black ice that left me sideways in a ditch. Stephen was there super fast, had my ride back on the road in no time, and not even a scratch on my bumper. 10/10 will call again should I need them.
Came in 30 minutes and was the most Cheapest and most Professional Towing Guy I have ever met. If you ever Snap Off a Drive Shaft and Shatter your Rear Differential like I did and you need the very Best. Then White Heart is the Guy to call % Hands Down.
Oh my goodness talk about the best experience ever! I called thinking my car battery was dead because my car failed to start, but it turns out that a simple screw was loose! Stephen answered the call, got there in a time efficient manner, explained to me what the problem was in very clear terms and was very fair! Will definitely call again for any car trouble!

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Stephen was super friendly and helpful. He gave outstanding service. I have a classic car that needed to be towed from the end of my driveway on a main road and he took meticulous care to ensure the car got on the truck safely and made sure it was off loaded carefully right into the garage. I won't use any other towing service again.
Showed up on time and got the job done. It was a difficult tow since my rear suspension was sheared off, and I tried 2 other tow services but they couldn't do it. I wish I'd called Whiteheart first.
After fighting with AAA for four days and being ignored by their contract company, they finally called Whiteheart and the truck was gone in an hour! Stephen was great.
I have to say that in 65 years, I have never had a better towing experience than with Whiteheart Towing. Our phone call was answered immediately. We were told that a driver would call us to tell us how long it would be before they could come and tow the car. Ten minutes later, the driver called and said that he was pulling into the parking lot where our car was stranded. The driver, Hunter, was extremely courteous, kind and efficient. Within minutes the car was on the truck and we were on our way. All in all, a great experience!

I’ve used Whiteheart and Sons for years and am never disappointed!! Their service is excellent and all staff are super to work with! Just this week I needed a tow and Stephen arrived quickly, was very knowledgeable and friendly and I had my car back in 24 hours! I highly recommend all of their services!!
Terrance who had picked up my car right after work while it did not start had came on the same day and was a quick service. He was polite and outstanding on taking good care of my car while hooking it up. Amazing worker and will come in advance when you need help. I recommend his service and the company as well.
