Beware of this company! They are thieves hiding behind a towing service. My tablet was thrown out, my battery cable was cut, and parts from my car were stolen. Extremely rude and unprofessional staff. I wouldn’t trust them with a bicycle, let alone a car.
Refuses any payment except cash, which is potentially illegal, though I'm not sure- I'm getting conflicting answers there. They overcharge drastically as well. Rude, stupid, and unpleasant.
A shady company with shady practices. I suspect any recent positive reviews to be fake.

They were horrible, rude and con artist!!! They came I. The middle of the night like a thief because they want you to pay to get your stuff out of your car calling it a gate fee!!! They are don't know how to speak to people. They say the are open 24/7 but the gate is only open from 10-3 and you have to make an appointment. I've never been around such shady disgusting people and the people who hire them must've been awful themselves to hire them!!!
Absolutely horrible company. Upon sitting in two lane traffic that is at a complete standstill where 74 west has a ton of construction. Starting about a mile and half from the Ridgewood exit one of this company’s tow trucks came barreling through, revving his engine and slamming on his horn. Mind you there is no shoulder, cars in both lanes have a concrete barrier less than a foot from their vehicles. No place for a vehicle to pull over whatsoever..and this driver thinks his tow truck can fit through the middle. Mind you the accident was already being handled by troopers completely off in a ditch way off the shoulder. Nothing hindering the flow of traffic in the road. No EMS or Fire present and this had been going on awhile as I saw it when I was heading the opposite direction on the freeway about a half hour earlier. This tow truck driver about caused 15 wrecks before he got to the one he was called to. Almost hit my vehicle by inches. Called the company to report their unhinged driver and the man who took my call made every excuse and how it’s everyone else fault. I said do you not understand what I am telling you..you can’t expect drivers to move out of the way when there is no place to for them to move to. Are we supposed to ram our vehicles into the concrete barrier which still wouldn’t provide ample passing distance? He kept making excuses. Don’t get me wrong, I understand in the state of NC tow trucks are considered emergency vehicles and you are to move over. But I also understand that I’m not ramming my vehicle into a concrete divider. If your driver sees there is no way cars can move over due to a concrete obstruction on either side they need to chill. Nothing was in the road that would warrant this extreme type of behavior or your need to get there with such haste. Your driver waiting a few minutes would not change a thing besides keeping fellow drivers on the road safe. Went to look for a corporate number to call and saw the pages upon pages of horrible reviews and how rude and disrespectful they are. Go figure. Called the non Emergency line at Forsyth PD and reported it. I never call about anything but this was warranted, absolutely unsafe, unhinged and out of control driver with this place. Your a tow company for crying out loud. You are supposed to help drivers on the road, not practically hit them. Do better!
Very unprofessional got hung up on TWICE trying to call about cars in the lot that are abandoned. I believe all the 1 star reviews they need to hire proper staff to answer the phone!
We had them come to our vehicle.A half a mile he charges Us five hundred and fifty dollars for a toe And one night Storage Is there rude and Crude, indefinitely.Is not a indefinitely.It's not a business that I would recommend anyone to use adial five hundred and fifty dollars for one night stay I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone

Hella unreliable. Called them, told them the car I had, here it was at, and where it was going. Was told 1-2 hour I’d get a call from the driver. 3 hours go by and no call, I call them and no one picks up. Waste of time.

They are upfront fast and dependable. I had others give quotes double of this towing company. People were nice and friendly as well as detail on information.
Unfortunately, my experience with Quality Towing Winston Salem was quite disappointing. The staff I interacted with were unprofessional, harsh, and abrupt. They lacked basic courtesy and were not accommodating.
I called to inquire about retrieving my vehicle, and the individual on the phone was dismissive and rude. Nathan seemed disinterested in providing assistance and was unwilling to answer my questions politely.
Overall, I was dissatisfied with the level of customer service and professionalism displayed by Quality Towing Winston Salem. I hope they can improve their approach to customer interactions in the future.
I would caution others considering this towing service to be prepared for a less-than-pleasant experience based on my encounter.

To the white lady in the front office of quality control towing you do not need a job that comes with dealing with people. If you do not want to work there and be joyful in what you do? And be respectful to the costumers that are coming in for your service? Maybe you need to reconsider coming in every morning. There are so many respectful people without a job that your hiring manager should consider. There is no reason why I came to come get my car mind you I am 19 years old and you are yelling at me being rude about having an appointment when that was never mentioned before I got there. You decided to say things personal like I hope my daughter never ends up like you and much more I said I don’t know if it’s the color of my skin or what and she proceeded to laugh. At the end of the day nobody deserves to be disrespected when coming to pick up their car simple. So I called the man I spoke with on the phone before I even came and he did give me my car back. Shout out to him.

These Guys were so kind and considerate. They changed my tire and towed my Range Rover for me! If it wasn’t for their innovative approach and swagger I’m not sure things would have gone so smoothly. Kudos! Chivalry is not dead! Need a tow call Quality
These people have predatory towing practices. They charged me $255 to tow my car then had the nerve to tack on a $250 ADMINISTRATIVE FEE. Basically they hold your car hostage and then get whatever money they feel like they can get out of you to give you your car back. NC has no laws that protect consumers against these outrageous practices. Most people can't afford these ridiculous fees. Write your representatives, unless the laws change there's nothing we as consumers can do to right this wrong.
I am a student and my vehicle was impounded due to the fact that I was unaware of the regulations down town. The lady made all of the expenses and expectations clear. I do not enjoy having to talk to car places as a young girl but the lady in the office and the cute dog made me much more comfortable.
One of your tow trucks was just tailgating me and others on the highway. I was already going 80 in the fast lane and that wasn’t “fast enough” for him.
I was stuck at publix. Called quality and they were quick to answer the phone. Gave me a quote for towing and the repair of my car and STUCK TO THAT QUOTE. I see ALOT of poor reviews of this company so here's a GOOD one. They were fast and friendly and fixed my car in the time frame they said they would. My car is an essential part of my income and luckily I didn't miss a lot of work due to this repair. And again, they stuck to their quote and didn't try to increase it. Thanks BECKY. Someone had illegally parked at the building I lived at. I called Quality Towing to see what they could do and I got nothing but attitude. They ended up hanging up on me and I was extremely frustrated with their response. Very unprofessional and incapable of interacting with customers in a responsible way. Would not recommend.
Due to an emergency medical issue, this towing service was called by the Davidson County Sheriffs Department. I had a 5 day stay at NC Baptist Hospital and was never given notice as required by law as to whom had my vehicle. My hospital stay ended on August 5, 2021 and I did not find out where my vehicle was until September 17, 2021. Meanwhile the fees were outrageous and I paid a portion of the illegal amount to have my vehicle released. Here I am a disabled veteran who was literally at the mercy of this service for a medical emergency. I am still pursuing this matter with the NC Attorney General and even further if it becomes necessary. People need to know about companies like this who take advantage of people the first chance they get with no remorse. My hospital stay was 5 days and the storage that was calculated was $35.00 a day. It should have been no more than $175.00. I was charged $750.00 to get my vehicle on a fixed income and numerous fees were added and deducted that were basically meaningless shell amounts, whose purpose was to give the illusion that I was getting a big discount. They were meaningless. This company needs to be investigated for these type practices that are clearly in violation of NC Law as it relates to giving timely notice when a vehicle has been towed. I am convinced that this company was trying to take my vehicle had it not been for the help of NC Baptist Hospital personnel helping me including my doctor. This is a dirty towing company and BEWARE at all cost!! Quality Towing should be avoided and if I truly wish the ratings could be given for reverse Stars. They don't deserve even (1). Additionally they damaged my vehicle also!! THESE ARE STRAIGHT UP CROOKS!!!!!
On 9/11/2021 I called early morning to have a car removed from my assigned parking space. Man said my landlord had to call. Ok, I called landlord and told him and he called and said service was otw. Well, I wait about 1.5 hours and called service to see if they were coming or not. Man said he informed the drivers (sounding very rude and grumpy). Bout 15 min go by and finally car moved. Being courteous and polite I call service back and tell them to cancel cause car moved. Well, after 2 calls the man had blocked me. I use *69 to call and man answered and I tell him to cancel. Wow. 1.5 hours, never show, grumpy jerk, and blocking me? Never again. Goodbye rinky dink shady rude non-service. No wonder ya'll have so many bad reviews.
I've read some of the reviews... I myself had a pretty good encounter! They towed .y car after my daughter had an accident. I called after hours and had nice response from the young man that answered the call. With rain coming, I asked if there was someone who could plug a jump box to it and roll the windows up to protect the interior. When I went back by, it had been done! Thanks guys! And a big thanks to Mo who towed it. Keep doing you my man! I'll use you guys again if the need should arise.
They were over an hour late for when they were supposed to pick me up, they didn't have the correct truck that they were told to bring for what was wrong with my car, didn't wear a mask, and honest acted they couldn't care less about actually helping me. I sent them away and called mt insurance e for help from a differnt company because the only way they could tow my car with what truck that had would have totalled it. If I could give zero stars I would.
