0⭐️ My tyre had burst. There was a service station nearby. I called them and a man talked to me. He said ok come, we will change it. When I reached there, a woman picked up the call and said that we are close. What next? She disconnected the call. Don't go there
Called Blue Ridge at 11am looking for a shop that could replace fuel pressure sensor on Peterbilt. We have full telematics on the truck and also access to ecat for all part numbers. I gave the woman that answered the part number and she verified they had one in stock and they could work on it. Truck arrived at 13:00 they didn’t look at the truck till 3:30 and then said they didn’t have the part and would go get it. Received a call at 5:30 that they got the wrong part and there was nothing they could do until the next day. Charged me $259 to “diagnose” and did nothing to the truck. Completely dishonest people that don’t care about truckers. I would avoid at all cost.
