Next time, I'll definitely read the reviews. The driver ran out of fuel, they brought it, filled it up. They billed 750$, 7.50 per gallon. When I called, they said everything except that gallon costs 7.50 + 10% surcharge. Cheaters. + $200 to the invoice
0⭐ My tyre had burst. There was a service station nearby. I called them and a man talked to me. He said ok come, we will change it. When I reached there, a woman picked up the call and said that we are close. What next? She disconnected the call. Don't go there
I broke down on Saturday. I had a fuel system problem. Aaron was able to work with, helped me at the truck stop in fixing my issue and a couple other issues as well. They were professional, quick and fair priced. I highly recommend and will use them again when in the area. Thank you!
Called Blue Ridge at 11am looking for a shop that could replace fuel pressure sensor on Peterbilt. We have full telematics on the truck and also access to ecat for all part numbers. I gave the woman that answered the part number and she verified they had one in stock and they could work on it. Truck arrived at 13:00 they didn’t look at the truck till 3:30 and then said they didn’t have the part and would go get it. Received a call at 5:30 that they got the wrong part and there was nothing they could do until the next day. Charged me $259 to “diagnose” and did nothing to the truck. Completely dishonest people that don’t care about truckers. I would avoid at all cost.

Terrible place! We had break down, truck wasn't building air and came to this shop, after checking the truck they said after changing air compressor truck will be good to roll. Came up with $2700 estimate while part cost max $1000. Despite of their cosmic rates we approved estimate just to get rid of from that place. The next day they called and said we need to pay additional $500 bcoz tube was broken while installing the part which was their fault which they kept denying saying that it was old and that's why was broken. We paid that amount and didn't drive even 200 miles and got an air leak again, another service fixed that temporarily and informed us that previous shop didn't know their job. Once we reached our yard and checked the truck we found out that this scammers put old used bad part while they told us part is expensive bcoz it is brand new. In short do not use this shop ever!!! That place is full of scammers, liars and unprofessional rude people!!! If you go there you will just waste your time, your money and nerves!!! They don't even deserve this 1 * star!!!

Had a broken coolant lines for DEF on one of our units. They came fix it in timley maner and pricing was very reasonable. There arw not to many shops in this area to call and they were quick enough to respond so we can deliver our load on time.

So this shop doesn’t have costumers it has victims. I recommend if you break down near this place don’t use them. They’re prices waver. My driver watched them work on our truck for not even 3 hours. They charged 6 hours of labor plus whatever they invented. So as I spoke with them I was told a price when my driver went to pay they charged an extra 600. The wrecker was fair but, the shop is criminal. Try Kentworth which is near by.
They charge me a call out fee of $100 plus a minimum of 2hours for labor, to change a tire which took him 30mins… and they still charge me an additional time and a half for a extra 125. Because he said port to port. Meaning that he charge me twice for road service to come to my truck ,which i told him that he never mention it if you charge me a call out fee ??why you you charge me again for driving to my truck???.these road side get away from straight robbing trucks drivers without no regulations
This guys are amazing. Got broke down the road on I-74 near by Mt Airy NC called this company to replace my coolant reservoir and I was pulled of the road on shoulder they said they’ll be able to replace it right on spot when others were saying to tow it because it’s dangerous on the shoulder. However thanks to this guys they showed up less than hour plus they put me back on the road within an hour after arrival. Great job fellows. Thanks for the service that keeping us moving truck drivers. Well done great job
The staff I interacted with were polite and professional. The only negative would be, at the time of my service, the address listed on the website. It was not the actual address I was supposed to go to but is what came up in Google maps.
Great job showed up very fast kept in contact wth us.... guys who came out jumped out of work truck started working immediately...finished job called when done and zip tied the key to truck very very profesional i like doing business wth them...
