Very deceptive company . After working many with tow companies over the last 30 years for various jobs it will go without saying this is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. They lie about their rates first they offered me a recovery rate of $225 an hour and then once they get it out, they want to charge $250 an hour. When I confronted Evan about that, He said oh did I say 225 an hour? They left their big truck in the roadway until I paid them on the spot, without moving it out of the roadway, causing a serious traffic hazard on a blind curve. I asked him for the sake of traffic safety , the large truck , was parked facing the wrong way on a blind curve, potential to cause a serious or fatal accident if they would pull over and let me pay them, they refused. Extremely unprofessional service, lied about the time it took them to get to the scene of the recovery. I myself drove from their shop in less than 30 minutes. They claimed it was 45 minutes either way. Very apparently all they care about is money regardless of public safety. It was all about money to them and refuse to move the large wrecker before getting paid. Be very cautious to the point I’ve ever using these guys, crooked business!
We had a very disappointing experience with this roadside service. They charged us significantly more than the amount we originally agreed on, failed to call or inform us about the changes, and their customer service was unprofessional and rude. Overall, the service was not reliable, very expensive, and poorly managed. We do not recommend this company to anyone looking for honest and dependable roadside assistance.
Stopped for a trailer tire repair and all of a sudden my truck starter failed. They replaced my starter on the same day for a reasonable price. I recommend this place!
Very disappointed with this service! I contacted them for a simple jump start for my truck, while I was located just 5.3 miles from their office. In the end, I was charged an outrageously high amount—over $550—even though the job took only a few minutes and required no materials or repairs at all.I find these prices blatantly inflated and unfair. For that amount, you could fully replace all the truck's batteries! Communication with the manager showed no humanity, just excuses and repeated references to formal paperwork. It feels like their main goal is to squeeze as much money from the customer as possible, regardless of the real scope of the work and minimal distance involved.I would not recommend this service to anyone! If you don’t want to be overcharged and scammed for the simplest jobs, look for another company!

This place is awesome. The tow truck was on scene in minutes, the driver's Lounge is wonderful and the shop manager is outstanding and helpful. Great place and affordable repairs.....
Never again 28 mile road call for Brake Chamber mechanics arrived 5:33pm finished 6:44pm less than 2 hrs they charged $888 part I pay $166 the rest it the cost for less than 2 hrs. If you truck driver do not call they overcharge you.
They're very bad mechanics, also they dont respect customers and they talk with them very rudely. Never never come to this shop to fix your trucks. We asked discount and they charged us without any reason. SCAMMERS!!!!!
I don't wanna even put 1 star for this service, very rude guys and very rude service. We came to the shop and fixed our truck. We asked some discounts from them but they said no so we understand in the end they cannot do any cent of the discount. Then they've shared last invoice and we paid for it. Then they calling us again and saying hey you need to pay extra 100$ for speaking with you, that's admin fee. Just for speaking with customers they will charge extra money. That's pretty unproffessional, stay away from this kind of shop..........
Easily the best shop I’ve dealt with on the road I got the whole shabang from road call to towing to I shop experience they showed me step by step and kept me in the loop and got me out same day
Called them up Sunday night for a tire swap because the TA I was parked at had the scum of the earth working the service desk.
Took about 2 hours after calling for someone to arrive, I carry a spare with me and was informed they will not install a used spare tire. Apparently they have liability concerns. Thankfully my tire was new and it went with out issue.
Service charge was almost $600 to swap a tire on the wheel, which is... ALOT.... but happy to be on the road again after getting screwed over by TA Greensboro #2
The wait time was not bad even though it was traffic time but the road service was amazing....guy knew exactly what was wrong and had me rolling in a perfect time....thank you and be safe
Ran a set of wheels loose these guys got me fixed up new studs and wheels price was more than fair if I’m out this way again with problems will call these guys first
The was gust came to repair my truck I told him to come with alternator to change it and he said got it and later on he came with out alternator just to get my money asks to paid him 572 with out doing anything. Please avoid this place they are useless

This company sabotaged my truck lying and saying the positive was shorting out and there was power throughout the whole truck when he arrived he stripped bolts off the battery saying there where stripped bolts on the terminals. Very crooked company do not use them at all! After I left the review he was very disrespectful and kept knocking on my truck pissed off, screaming, slamming my door. So please use another computer.
Read reviews before you get stuck with shops like this. Customer service is very poor. No one know the status of your repair. Dropped off a vehicle my thought needed a transmission..a good shop would diagnose the entire vehicle and give same or alternative suggestion. Rather than owning to their mistakes, they're blaming the Hino manufacturers just because they're not American..even after installing the transmission, they're not honest enough to say it's not driving properly just so they can get paid first...getting there i start finding out the other problems myself.
Yes you got my $8500 for doing the unnecessary. I could have used it to fix the actual problem that you had refused to diagnose
I have to give this place 5 stars. They towed my box truck super cheap $200 when other places wanted 500-$1000. And they did transmission work and another repair for only $1000. I don't usually do reviews but I was very pleased with their prices and services. Kenny Loke company Freewayrunnerz
I had my first experience with this service on Wednesday afternoon due to an issue with my DEF pump. After diagnosing the problem, they confirmed the pump was the issue. When I asked about the replacement cost, the technician said they didn’t have a Freightliner part but could source a Cummins version for $1,800. That seemed high, so the next day I contacted a nearby Freightliner dealership and was quoted $730 for the same part.
When I returned to Big Wills and mentioned the $730 price, the technician quickly ordered the last available unit from that dealership. However, he told me, “I’ve already reserved the part through my supplier, so if you want it from us, you’ll need to pay an additional $1,200 on top of the $730 for the part.” He also made it clear that without agreeing to the $1,200 service charge, they wouldn’t install the part.
Ultimately, they quoted me $2,604 for the repair. I believe the owner adjusted the price, but the service technician initially told me it would be $2,750 to complete the job, including the part. Does this seem reasonable or excessive? You can check the part number and compare Freightliner’s price with what I was charged.
I had no other choice but to proceed since I was stranded in North Carolina. After everything was done, I found out I still needed to go to Freightliner for software updates, costing an additional $500. The part they installed should have already been updated. This whole experience has been frustrating.
We were very satisfied with the service. We received the drivor was very helpful in every way and the price it cost was very compatible with everyone else. If not better, it's a must call again.
This is an amazing crew of guys here. They understand what a truck driver does as long as you understand what a mechanic does. They go above and beyond within logic to get you back on the road. Big Will is a great guy to have a conversation with. Chris in particular is a great guy and a true hard working guy that makes things happen. Dirty ppl looking for a dollar. We went to the sho to talk to the "owner" who was very aggressive once met. He had his crooked mechanics surrounded us and kicked us out the property for wanted to discussed the amount charged for them to tow the truck. Now you're going to treat me as Sir? After you disrespect me in person!
STAY AWAY!! CHARGING a $ 100 STORAGE FEE! They Never told us or called! When I asked them why nobody told us that there is a FEE The answer was that they posted it on their website & they have a paper printed out on our door showing that! pic. attached! I would have tow the truck to a truck stop and pay less money!! Monkey business --- Try to stay quiet and to rip the customer off.
We have over 20 trucks & they were actually recommended by ANOTHER SHOP IN TOWN. I am very strict about maintenance and repairs done correctly the FIRST TIME. Down time kills my budget. Bradly ( shop manager) communicates very well and they are an valuable asset. As long as they can get the parts in a timely manner, they can get me back on the road quickly. Super easy to get in & out of and great location for us.
