Hands down best customer service ever! Best prices in Kernersville area by far and fastest turn around time. Car broke down, alternator went out. Not only did they pick my car up they made the repair to the car and all under 1.5 hours from my call. I’d give them 100 stars if it was an option. FAST, FRIENDLY AND AFFORDABLE. My pickup would not start. Called Jason and he sent the wrecker over towed it to his shop. Found out what was wrong and ordered my part and had me fixed in about a week. Frantic job and price. If you need your car towed or repair call Jason.
If there were 10 stars, I'd check every one of them. I took my new-to-me used Fiat 500 to Colfax towing for some mechanical work. I needed a new alternator. I dropped it off and IMMEDIATELY felt confident that my car was in more than great hands. From communication to solid, hard work and great, honest, up-front pricing, I will not only be putting Colfax Towing on top of my list, it might be the ONLY mechanic on my list.
The only negative I can think of is that I was impatient and might have been over anxious to get the car back, but I had to remind myself that no job worth a damn should be rushed. Oh, and now that I see pics of the dog they have, I hate I missed meeting Abel. What a great looking dog!

I’m not sure how these guys got any bad reviews at all???? Hands down the best group of guys and tow company I’ve ever dealt with. They quoted me a price that was less than half of the competition and towed my Yukon Over a 120 miles right on time just like they said they would. I would recommend them to anyone and are no my go to guys for anything around the Triad area for sure. Seriously Colfax thank you so much for helping a guy out in a time of need, you guys really are life savers.
DO NOT use this company. $370 and refused to tow my car to the shop that day. This company was called by the police department because the car broke down in the turn lane. They did not quote me a price until after they hooked up my car and towed it back to their lot. Once at their lot they informed me that they could not bring my car to the shop for repair that day I had to wait to the next day. Basically they charge you what they want and $370 is basically ripping people off and getting over on people. I will never use this company again and I would not recommend anyone to use this rip off company unless you quoted a price before they tow. And then the next day after I complained about the extremely high cost and them not being able to bring my vehicle that day, the driver threaten to charge me an extra hundred dollars. At this point he wasn’t going to get the extra hundred dollars anyway but the fact that he had the audacity to even let that come out of his mouth is insane and completely unprofessional. The next day once my car was towed, they Did not turn my car keys over to the repair shop. Later that evening once we realize that they did not turn the keys over to the repair shop, I contacted them and they said they never seen my keys. I had to get the police involved in the police escorted me to the lot in the owner may myself and the cop wait in the parking lot at least 30 minutes refusing to turn over the keys. Once he realized that the cop was not going to leave, he finally turned over my keys. But he made us wait at least 30-45 min before he gave me my car keys. I cannot express how unprofessional this was. Not only did he hold my keys, he wasted the Kernersville Police Department time because they had to stand there with me for 30 to 45 minutes waiting on my keys. He also wasted the time of my repair shop because they could not move my car out of the shop until I have the keys so my repair shop was held up over three hours.
My car locked up on Kernersville RD so I decided to call a tow. These people were not the ones I called. Cops turned up and called Colfax towing without telling me. So when a tow truck arrived I had assumed it was the one I had called that was going to cost $75. We get my car loaded and on the way to a mechanic only 2 miles down the road and the man tells me its going to cost me $370. In no way was that an acceptable price for this at all. Don't call them unless you're prepared to get ripped off.
They did a great job fixing my 2011 Suzuki SX4. I got my car back quickly and for the best price I heard from anyone! My car is running better than it was before! Thank ya'll so much for getting me back on the road!
