Terrible service. Somethings that worked when vehicle was dropped off does not work anymore. Things in the vehicle such as tow hail button,radio etc,I don’t even know why they would have to mess with those things to diagnose a transmission problem
If I’m telling you it’s the Transmission haven’t had tags on it since August why would I have to have tags on something that isn’t drivable???? Unacceptable trying to get it fixed and because I didn’t have tags they wouldn’t even diagnose it. Piss poor service

Dail’s Transmission & Exhaust saved the day! We were on the road headed towards the OBX when my trucks’ info center flashed a message that the transmission was overheating.
I checked the fluid and it didn’t even show up on the dipstick. Transmission oil was leaking out at a fast pace.
I asked around Tarboro and Dail’s name kept coming up. I called to see if they could look it at 4:15, they close at 5! Ricky said “bring it in”. They analyzed the problem, repaired it and got us back on the road by 6pm, an hour after their normal closing time. And, the repair cost less than their original estimate!
You just cannot find this kind of service anymore. Let Dail’s help you out.

Had my car for a month and charged me 49.00. everything time I called they say I was next in line, they are the worst,they don't deserve no Star ⭐ for there bad service, don't take your car there if that's your only car
They got my van working for less than a quarter of what the dealership wanted to charge me. It helps when your mechanic actually wants to fix your car rather than sell you a new one.
And they were very nice about it. It took them a little bit but that was only because they were so busy. I can wait for someone to do it right.
The (son) I think the chubby one was very rude when I went to pick up my truck and told me if I wanted my truck I should have came before 12 if I wanted to it.. And something was missing from the vehicle
Friendly staff. Had my mustang transmission check. Seems to be okay. Mechanic test drove it to check. No charge for this service. I would recommend this shop.
They gave me a heads-up about what was going on with my transmission it ended up being the torque converter great information, plus they could have charged me for that good place to go for transmission work.
