I Would recommend this company to anyone. They have great communication and keep you updated on the time of pickup and the amount they buy your car for was reasonable. Great job guys
If I would of known this was going to happen, I would've sold my car elsewhere.. they're like damn roaches trying to get you to take the offer!..never again doing this!
Just used this service yesterday and was very happy with the process. They moved very quickly to give me a great deal and schedule the tow as quickly as possible. Less than 48 hours from first contact to selling my car! I'd called all over Durham and parts of Raleigh and this place gave me the best price for my vehicle. They went above and beyond in communicating with me and ensuring everything went smoothly and according to plan. The tower was an hour early to pick up my car! And headquarters contacted me regularly throughout the process to make sure each step was quick and easy and I was satisfied with the service. Everyone here is very professional and the service is top notch. I highly recommend them and will use them again for sure.
Absolutely horrible to deal with. Tow truck driver is well over 6 hours late. Poor communication from the dispatcher, driver, and sales supervisors. When you call the number, you get connected to a 3rd party representative who refuses to pass you on to a supervisor, and who says someone will call back but they never do. Missing an entire work shift because of their late driver, they refuse to even tell me when my vehicle might be picked up now or offer compensation for my time and lost wages. Seller beware when using this company.

These folks made selling my car a far easier process than I anticipated. Appropriately timed check ins, thorough communication about what they needed from me, and they got a buyer in touch with me faster than any other company I contacted. I also appreciated their work at increasing the offer on my car from the original offer once I provided pictures.
So today Nov 10th I had my 2003 towed and it was a delight to work with the Wheelzy company and their employees the guy was fast and had my money in hand and ready and everyone kept in touch with me until the job was done I highly recommend their services they have great prices and are more than friendly I felt like I was dealing with family and just a tow company
