Dropped in the shop earlier in the week to discuss the replacement of my vehicle's original radiator simply due to its age. I wanted to be proactive with this repair because there is information that suggests that radiator failure on this particular vehicle could be catastrophic.
The total experience was painless, the lady in the office was very friendly when I dropped the vehicle off as the shop opened for the day. I received a call near the end of the day informing me that my vehicle was ready to be picked up.
The customer service was as expected with feedback on the result of the repair.

My 19 year old son has a 1999 Civic Hatchback. He's been modifying it little by little. The wheels and lowering it, we did ourselves. He purchased a Skunk2 muffler. It was the wrong size. Returned it. Ordered the correct size that the description and a rep said was a prefect fit. No motofication needed. Wrong. So I stopped by Bull City to start some dialog about them installing it. From the first stop by, they were awesome. Always talked to the owner and his attitude about it was always positive. "We can take care of you. No problem. It's what we do. " Stopped by one more time to check in and spoke with the installer, Brad, as well. Brad also assured me, he'd get it done and right. Brad was great to talk with, explained things clear, really nice and happy to help. On a Friday about mid day we brought the car and muffler. Brad had a quick look and said, "I got you. Not a problem. I'll do a little modifying and get it set up." Great, when should we bring it back. "I'll get on it right now. Not too busy. I'll be fished before close. " Without any doubt or troubles, Brad finished at 4:30. We went to pick it up. The muffler was perfect. Sounded awesome and again, everyone there was the BEST to work with. Brad quoted us labor before the job, and that's what we paid. No surprise charges or, Oops took longer than we thought. Honest, reputable, friendly, hard working, local owned, good people. We'll be back and I encourage anyone else to stop in and talk with them. Thanks guys!!!
I took my car to be looked at for a fan. No lights were on, on my car and it wasn’t making any noise. I was told my head gasket was cracked (no light on my dash). I let them know that I would be coming to get my car and taking it to the dealership (he was upset and had an attitude). Now that I have my car back, my check engine light is on ,my car doesn’t want to crank And it’s making a very loud noise, I called to ask, what did he do to my car and he had a very nasty attitude saying that I have a cracked head, Which again there were no lights on on my car it was working perfectly fine( It ran hot once so I decided to take it to them to see what the issue was).,
I Took my car to the dealership where I found out Nothing was wrong with my Head gasket( which Bull city radiator was trying to charge me $3500 To replace the head and that wasn’t including the issue that they said caused the head to Crack) I just had a bunch of maintenance Issues, Like spark plugs, PCV valve That needed to be replaced.
So Bull City Radiator going to charge me $3500 for some work that didn’t even need to be done to my car, and God knows what they would have said was wrong with it so they could charge me even more $. SMH
This has been my family's GO TO auto mechanic shop for 10+ years. They're fast, reliable, and most importantly they don't overcharge us no matter how little we know about cars . Highly recommend!

I've been here twice for repairs. The first time my car was failing and it was the closest place I could get to without a tow truck. They helped me quickly and for a fair price. They also identified a second problem, which I came back for a few weeks later. It solved a nagging sound and probably kept me from a dangerous situation. Cash is required if you were towed but credit card is fine for normal repairs. Good work, fast service.
I was able to get my car serviced quickly and at a reasonable price. The owner and receptionist were both very pleasant during my wait. I will definitely go there again when my car needs to be serviced.
Corky Payne is the owner and he always is eager to give great service at a fair price. He and his staff have always been professional and they have always done excellent work. They also stand behind their work.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Went here for an Inspection the person was very rude and racist and would not come near me and he could not leave the room fast enough. Also charged me $10 for a turn single I provided which I knew was now working. How do you charge someone for their own bulb? Stay far away from this place.
Great shop to take your ride for repair or to have some upgrades done. Corky and his guys know what they are doing. I was very pleased with the job they did on my Muscle Car. Their work was outstanding and very professional. I highly recommend them for you!!
I brought in a 1929 Ford radiator that was leaking, and they had it repaired same-day. Fixed the leaks, welded the frame, and repainted. This is the place for classic car radiator repairs.

I just wanted to add my recommendation for Bull City. The guys are great and do very good work. I've had a lot of work done on three different vehicles and never been disappointed. Once I was waiting for a job and they fed me lunch! Another time, I didn't have a ride and had to wait for a job and they sent right out for a part. I was out in 45 minutes. Great family operation.
I stopped by this shop looking to see if they had gaskets and bolts for a used aftermarket cat back exhaust. They didnt seem too slow or too busy but was able to pull my car in and go over options and I was in and out in under 2 hours for a great price. The work done and service was very professional. Definitely reccomend!
I don't know much about this place but my one experience was excellent. Pouring rain and my windshield wiper blew off. I stopped here and asked for help. They pulled our van into a bay and replaced the windshield wipers in just a few minutes. The sweet 95 yo WWII veteran I was transporting in the van was thanked for his service... great unexpected customer service experience!
My friend called on sun to get access to his car and the guy who answered the phone said he would be there in 30 mins. We waited 30 mins and a van pulls up, no one gets out of the car. My friend gets a phone call saying that there is a $55 after hours fee. We should have been told that prior to waiting 30 mins. It was really bad customer service and he didnt have the decency to get out of the car and talk to is face to face.
This place is great. 3 other people tried to sell me a new starter or alternator or both when my car was shutting off while it idled. They replaced the battery and my car has been fine ever since. They don't push you to get anything you don't need, and their prices for parts and services are very affordable.
A single woman... I trust this place! They gave me ride home and then picked me up after my brakes were fixed. Fair prices. I knew what I needed and they didn't try to take advantage of me.
Referred by Auto Pro To Call for exhaust leak repair. They assessed and repaired quickly. Gave accurate estimates and fixed easily.
After informing me of a problem w/ fuel injector (which I knew about already) I gave my consent for repair - unfortunately the problem turned out to be an electrical issue not a mechanical one. They charged me for time/labor and left the hardware in better condition than they found it (there were screws missing which they noted and replaced).
Four out of five stars because five stars makes it look like the reviewer was a sucker. Would recommend to friends/family.
I first found these guys when I had to use roadside through my insurance company. They were very professional and were out within 30 minutes which was great for a hot summer day. I had a problem shortly thereafter and since I was new to the area, took a chance. I have had several really good experiences with these guys since then and will continue to take my vehicles back. They've always been very up front with me regarding costs, have even come in under estimates, and allowed me to bring in my own parts if I wanted to in order to save costs (they were dealer only items so they couldn't get a good deal on them) without increasing the labor price. Their turn around time has always been same day and competitively, I've found their prices to come in lower than other places I've checked, specifically for a set of tires (all comparable brands/styles/ratings). There was a problem a few days after a repair and they towed my car, took it right in, fixed the issue, and had me back on the road at no cost to me, even though it wasn't their mistake (bad radiator cap--new part that I provided). Not the fanciest shop, but I don't need a latte or a game room while having a car repair if that means I pay more for the same service. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone.
I called them with a simple question about exhaust piping and they kept transferring me to other people in the shop. Eventually, they transferred me to someone who obviously doesn't answer the phones very often, so he was frustrated at having to answer a customer question and hung up. The entire time I was very nice to them, and yet I still got hung up on. If this is the way treat customers over the phone, i'm scared to think of how they will treat me when my car is 8 feet up on their lift with the exhaust pipes off. I would not trust them for a minute. I called another shop right after them, and they answered my question right away and were very nice about how they could accommodate me. I'll never take my car to Bull City Radiator unless I want to get thrown under the bus, no pun intended.
