Five whole stars. This man is the real deal! I’ve used tons of hotshots and towing companies and this man was better than all of em. He took the time to do things right and was patient while I moved all my stuff around to get each car where it needed to go. Can’t say enough nice things about him. If you’re on the fence about calling, just go forward with it. Here’s him towing my turbo Cayman and salvage Shelby. He took his time and made sure everything was done right and nothing scraped. Good job!

Owner/operator was able to show up 30 minutes earlier than originally estimated. He also helped speed up the intake process at dealership by relaying vehicle identifying information, which might not sound impressive but also something he didn’t have to do.

I can't recommend Reliable Towing enough. I have been a AAA customer for years, but the last few times I’ve needed a tow, AAA’s service has declined so much that it made the already terrible experience of a broken down car that much more of a headache. When my Volvo broke down this week, I called Reliable Towing instead and I am so glad I did. I was immediately given a super reasonable price and time frame for pick-up, he arrived exactly when he said he would, and was so friendly and professional. He took excellent care when loading my car onto the flatbed and let me know as soon as it was safe and sound with my mechanic. I canceled my AAA membership, because I will be calling Reliable Towing instead from now on. It was honestly worth every penny to have infinitely better service and peace of mind that my car was so well taken care of.
I can't say enough good things about my experience with Reliable Towing. From phone call to schedule the pickup all the way to drop off, everything was great. My son lives at UNC and we are in a different town. He needed a tow from his breakdown spot in CH to the mechanic in Durham but had to be at a specific time since he has classes. Casey answered all my questions and scheduled the tow for the day and time we needed. He arrived on time (maybe even early) hooked up the car and delivered it safe and sound. Provided a picture of drop off and info of the exchange with the mechanic. Great price, super nice guy. Will recommend them all the way around.

This was the best experience I've had with calling for help with my car. My car wouldn't start so I called for help with a jump start. He jump started my car and let me know what was likely the issue with my battery. I didn't feel like he was just trying to get money from me, he was knowledgeable, communicative, on time, and helpful. I'm definitely saving his number for the future.

My diesel truck started misfiring badly halfway to work. I pulled over and decided to have it towed to a service center out of fear of causing further damage by driving it. I called in one morning needing a car towed and they were able to offer me a towing service in a timely manner. They are reasonably priced, prompt and efficient. Once the tow truck arrived it was less than 10 minutes to get it all squared away. I would absolutely recommend using their services. The gentleman that helped me was kind, knowledgeable and efficient in his work. This is an excellent towing company and (although I hope I don't have to) would definitely utilize their services in the future.
