Towed my scooter today pulled the strap across my soft leather seats and put 3 wholes in my seat. His response was he gets called to do a job things happen I just paid over 1100 dollars less than 48 hours for that scooter. I'm going to see if he sta ds up in that courtroom and say it again. I will be filling paperwork against s&s towing Monday morning
Make your drivers take another driving lesson because I had one cut me off on Durham FWY with my kid in the car and if I didn’t SLAM on brakes we would’ve had a bad wreck. Then proceeded to weave in and out of traffic.
S & S Towing is awesome. You always hear bad things about towing companies but S & S is top-notch. The night of my accident they were extremely helpful, accommodating, and informative. Since then, I have spoken with them twice and they have been outstanding! I really can't say enough great things about them. All wrecker companies should take a page out of their playbook.
My wife got into a accident and it took the insurance company over 2 hours to arrive, A State Trooper arrived and called S &S Towing and they arrived within a half hour they were very professional and Courteous, They allowed my wife to retrieve her belongings before leaving, We even called the office and spoke with the receptionist who was polite and informative with my wife's questions.
S&S took the job as soon as AAA called them. AAA waited 6 hours to call them but S&S was stellar and was there within 30 minutes as soon as they were given the job. This was a 100 mile tow and the driver was superb! Being broken down 2 hours from home sucks, but their driver picked up the Durango and let me know he was on his way to the repair shop in Lexington. He called me again once there to let me know where he dropped the vehicle and keys. This was at 12am on a Saturday night! I would use them anytime I am in that area!!!!!
The staff and the driver (Brent) were very nice and helpful. This is the first time I needed a tow, this time due to a flat, and the entire experience was pleasant. Brent was friendly and patient, even though the tire place was busy and congested. I highly recommend. Hopefully I won't need service again but if I do, I would go right back to S&S.
How u refuse to have a flat bed truck come out to drop a Jeep n a motorcycle out of a semi trailer like I get it I ain’t getting my semi towed so u kill the cow to get the milk but work is work tell me how fast can U make 60 for 5 mins of work to just drop a bike n Jeep on ground out of a semi trailer boy boy I tell ya....
Pretty much left me stranded. I called and the lady said someone is on the way now. Well 2 hours later still no tow truck so I called back and she said he will be there any minute. Well a hour later I call back and the lady didn't even answer the phone. All this would have been fine if the lady would have told me it will be a little while but nope 3 hours later in still sitting on the side of the highway. (540). So I called east coast towing and they told me exactly when they could be there and will never use or recommend s&s towing to nobody
They were amazing, time to respond wasn't bad, price was great and the driver was amazing he was friendly and was just all around great he made a bad day a little better. Thank u for great service will definitely call again if we ever need a tow!!
S&S towing has helped with a couple of tows. Both times they were quick to respond and easy to work with. They even helped move a shed for me. Good guys to call if you need help.
