William and Danny were amazing!! They rescued my work van after it broke the axel. They hauled my car in the pouring rain. With smiles on their face happy to help. Didn’t complain. My tire was incredibly bent and they improvised and just handled it so efficiently. Really grateful for these guys. And the company they spoke so highly of.

Have done business with Lemon's for over 15 years. Anytime I have needed something special, like Fuel Delivery on a large scale, the Lemon's Team has made it happen. They have towed my personal vehicles and my business vehicles at least a 100 times, Can not imagine where I would be with out them! Highly recommended. Probably the easiest team to do business towing with. I call tell them I need this, this and this, they tell me when, when and when and THEN IT JUST HAPPENS!
My vehicle broke down and was towed and stored there. Didn't have a problem paid the fees and got the keys. Had it towed by my tow guy to the shop for repairs.
I unfortunately had my car not start at my apartment. I called Lemon and had my phone call go through quickly. They were prompt in arriving and taking my car to the nearest service center. Once at the service center, the truck driver addressed the attendant with professionalism and courtesy. I did not get the truck driver's name but his customer service and tone of speaking was phenomenal. Thank you for your work!!

Car wouldn't start, the driver came out and discovered that the battery came undone from the connectors and that the harness was missing. We had the battery replaced a few weeks prior. He tightened the connectors and said we should take it back to where we got the battery replaced and tell them to fix it. He said they'd only charge us for a jump instead of a tow. I liked him. I wish I knew his name. He was very nice and helpful. We took it back and got it fixed.
My car was stuck in the mud and Lemon’s helped pull my car out with great service and efficiency. I was told I would have to wait for someone to come for at least 30 minutes and they arrived to help even sooner. I would definitely recommend this business.
I had to have my Tesla towed to service after my tire went flat on the highway. I had luckily made it to a parking lot where Lemons arrived in under an hour. The driver took such good care of me and my car. If I ever need a tow, I will absolutely use them again. Thank you for such wonderful service!
Excellent service! I was able to call and schedule a tow, the driver was on time and very polite. The only negative was I had to hunt them down for a receipt. But once I was able to get the receipt, it was professional and on company letterhead.
They are pricey$$$….a one way tow was very expensive, $160.
I needed my car towed yesterday, and Lemon’s Wrecker Service was awesome. I called, and Tammy was very nice and helpful. They took down my information, gave me a reasonable quote, and were truly at my pickup destination within 15 minutes of me calling. Phillip was the tow truck driver and they were excellent. Super friendly as well. They put my car on the truck with ease, and told me what they thought the issue was with my car which I appreciated. They asked if I needed a ride, which I didn’t, but I appreciated it, then he took my car to the repair shop and gave them my information and the key. I couldn’t have asked for a smoother process. I was so sad and stressed, when my steering wheel locked up, but they relieved a lot of that, so I’m grateful. I would definitely recommend them, and will use them again if need be.
Outstanding service. Each and every member of the crew is highly skilled and gives the task at hand the proper attention in every way. I used their towing service for my vehicle. I was first concerned because the car is just two months old, however they prepared and tow the car in an incredible way. My wife and i were returning from Gettysburg Pa area last Tuesday evening, When the left front started to shake some so i pulled off checked the tires to make sure they were tight .Started back and it got worse .About Chester VA exit 25 it got to bad to drive looked for exit but then the Tire came off at 65 mph. got it off to the side of road on I-295 in VA at Richmond area .VA patrol nor anyone just road assistance stopped .he did not know what wrecker service at all. the 911 was a joke there . So i called our Durham NC service Lemons Wrecker Told Robert and stoner my problem and we needed to get home . Lemons made the arrangements to have us towed off I-295 to A Station in Chester to be picked up by Robert With Lemons and got us back home in just about 4 hours to take us to willow spring NC. No way could you have a better faster Service than they gave us. the most relief by the way they took the time to get us home safe . 5 stars are not enough .Thanks to Lemons Wrecker .

After a week away, I returned to RDU to a dead car. I really thought it was something major. I called RDU Parking and they referred me to Lemon’s. The woman on dispatch was so kind to me, even though I was super frustrated. She said they’d send a truck and could tow me to a local dealership and knew where to go, which was very helpful since I live in High Point. It didn’t take long for a truck to arrive. Greg was the driver and he was amazing. Again, he was so kind to me even though I was frustrated. My battery was corroded and he was able to jump it with a bit of maneuvering (it was really corroded!) I was able to drive back HOME which was such a relief. Thank you to everyone at Lemon’s who helped me!
Lemon's towing was awesome. Phil, my tow truck driver, made me feel as ease. He was friendly, listened to my frustrations, and made my whole ordeal more tolerable. Thank you. PS: They care about their customers more than money. The operator called me back and suggested I try something with my car to see if that would take care of the problem. It would have been easy for them to not call me and keep the money.
Called Lemon's towing and the phone was picked up immediately and politely. Took information and let me know when the driver would be there. Sure enough 30 minutes later Robert shows up in a clean truck, a bottle of water, and a smile. Truck has a lot of lights so I felt safe on the side of the road. Gave me a ride to my destination, clean truck inside, no smoke. I'd say dollar for dollar it was better than enterprise, and well...these guys brought my truck.
Matt did the most incredible job towing our car out of an extremely tricky driveway, steep with a very sharp curve at the bottom. And he didn’t give up. That was the most impressive part. His front tire lifted up because of the angle and the weight and he kept going. 100% using lemon’s for our future towing needs (hope we don’t have any).
Excellent service from the Lemon’s team! They gave an estimated time to arrive and beat their estimate. That was a great start. The driver then gave clear direction and took care to make sure the car was on the truck, locked down, and let me know about settings that I needed to set for the car while being towed. He then sent a message when he dropped the car off. This was the best tow experience I’ve ever had. I will be calling them and recommending this team for any tow service needs. Because I was in a desperate state, other companies quoted me outrageous amounts to tow my car 3.1 miles. Lemon's charged me less than what was quoted.
I was so exhausted from traveling (17 hours of travel and into 30 hours of no sleep), I broke down on the phone and cried.
