Williams Towing Co. was a text away. When I learned I had a nail in my tire, well a screw actually. I waited a week before I took action, trying to decide when I would have the time to take the car to the shop and get the service I needed taken care of.
I texted WTC with a picture of tire and the question, “can it be fixed or do I need a new tire”? Less than two hours later the service was complete, that week long process I put myself through was done. From now on that will be my first call or should I say, “my first text”.
While driving from out of town, I ran into some car trouble and needed immediate assistance. Reached out to some family in the Durham area and they recommended Mr. Tony. Did my research, saw he had great reviews so we gave him a call. Reached out to him around 11:20am, our overall service was completed around 12:40ish. He was extremely quick on arrival, he assessed the problem and immediately had a solution. He even had a solution for a problem that wasn’t related to the one we initially called him for ! Immaculate service with reasonable prices ! Personally, I don’t know much about cars. He even educated me about my vehicle/engine. 15/10 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Impeccable, trustworthy and reliable service! I’ve use Williams towing on a number of occasions, the most recent was on a Sunday and although the timing was not convenient they found a way to make sure that I was taken care of in a timely manner. I keep there information close just in case because they’ve proven to be reliable.
I’ve been bring my SUV to WAF for the past four (4) year's for an inspection and have been very pleased. During my last inspection, Anthony noticed that my SUB was making a noise and he showed me what was wrong. He let me know the approximate amount that it would cost to repair and his son, Trevor found the parts that were needed and the cost. Anthony also let me know that I should have it done as soon as possible or think about other options. I really appreciate the advice because I have a 45 minute commute to and from work each day. These two gentlemen have been very helpful and I highly recommend them.
