Never want to get car towed but if you do call Biggs and Watson. They picked up on the first ring, gave me a time estimate and quote and delivered on it. Jason was great and really helpful!

Unfortunately, car accidents happen. Sometimes, by colliding with a force of nature, Bambi’s mom. While it’s emotional and a car is just a car, it can be a lot to take in. I had one of those experiences. As Jason loaded my car up onto the truck bed, he saw a few tears. He told me not worry because they would take great care of me and my car! So unexpected, he sent me a video after my car (which has some emotional meaning to me) was safely parked and waiting in place for repair! My daughters friend was visiting and drove the small SUV into a ditch, it was a dark but busy country highway. We called Biggs and Watson, and Jason came within 15 minutes! He was so nice, and had the truck pulled out quickly. We will definitely call them if we need tow services again! THANK YOU!
We had an issue with our vehicle which we could not start. The steering wheel was locked and the ignition key would not turn to crank the vehicle.
Our mechanic at Parrots Automotive instructed us to have our vehicle towed to their garage. We called Biggs & Watson and James Pruitt came to tow our vehicle to Parrots. We explained the issue with our vehicle to him. He got in the car, pulled on the steering wheel, and started the car. From experience, he recognized the problem and was able to unlock the steering wheel which allowed the car to start. His action resulted in our vehicle not needing to be towed.
James Pruitt demonstrated both honesty and integrity in this situation, which bodes well for Biggs & Watson. We definitely will call Biggs & Watson the next time we need a towing service and we strongly recommend this company to others.

I hardly ever write reviews but this company, especially Jason truly deserve one. My boyfriend and I were on vacation in Raleigh, completely unaware of the area because we're from NY. While driving we hit a large pothole with a sporty style car and it caused 2 flat tires. I'm a AAA member and called them first, and service was absolutely terrible with them. After waiting 4+ hrs for AAA in an unfamiliar area with no idea when they would come, I called my own tow. To say the least I was nothing but glad I called beyond AAA. Jason came within 20 mins of the call, and was beyond professional and friendly. He treated my boyfriend and I with such kindness and compassion, and truly felt bad for the situation we were in. Jason turned a truly negative experience into a positive one by the end of the night. He even told me to call back if I have issues getting reimbursement from AAA, and offered to vouch for me. I can't thank him enough for all his help, and cannot recommended this company more!
These are heaven sent people!my daughter had car trouble on 85 early this morning they wasn't even open yet but they came at the drop of a dime! They was very sympathetic and kind hearted and wholesome individuals my child didn't know who to call she just google them and they was the first name that popped up! They are very professional, but also friendly, and show compassion for their customers. They towed my car from an accident and did so with care (even though it was totaled). I would highly recommend using their services!!

I was referred to Biggs & Watson by another tow provider, who didn't have a flatbed truck that was needed for my car's injury. The tow truck showed up promptly, and got me right to the shop I needed to go to with no fuss and excellent professionalism. I would definitely use this service again if I need my car towed again.
They were great to me when picking up my truck after the accident and while holding it in their yard. I got to know Jason, and he treated me like family. Everyone was great, and it was an experience that will always stay with me. It shows that people/ businesses can and will go beyond the job in treating the customer like family.
