The worst towing company ever. My truck got damaged when they tow me and I got charged by service after initially payed almost 500 $. Called them to complain and after one week of delays and not calling me back they said it's my fault cuz was hard to take the crank shaft out and put it back in. So don't call this company , they are the worst with old tow truck and inexperience stuff.
Had to come here to get an issue fixed with my work truck. They were able to get it resolved in a timely manner, compared to other shops I've gone to. I will definitely come back out here in the future.
As I was leaving one of your workers was driving through the parking lot of Yadkin and Santa Fe. He tried to tow me because I was in a handicapped spot without checking the license plate until I said something to him. My vehicle has registered handicapped plates.
First off when calling to make sure my car is parked properly I received nothing but a horrible attitude that was completely rude. I recieved no direction other than “imagine parking in someone else’s driveway” when the sign is improperly stationed saying Monday thru Friday parking is private 8 am to 5 pm I parked after 6pm and got no help other than rude customer service e

Had permission from Foodlion in Cameron NC since Feb of 2024 to park my tractor trailer on property in a specific area and now i get towed in December. Nobody tried to contact me or i would have moved it before being towed. Management at Foodlion had no problems with it and if its a issue with the landlord then that needs to be done with the store. They issued the permission. Now almost 1500$ later, ive lost money.
My car was towed by them at 8:53 am Mon morning. I called them at 3:49 that afternoon and they said they didn't have it. So I reported my car stolen. The detective just called me and said my car wasn't stolen, but it was in fact towed by this company. I called them and they are charging me $300 , for having my car since Monday. If they would have told me they had my car when I called Mon, I could have gotten my car home for $23.00 through my insurance company. For them to say they didn't have my car, and then to find out they did, and won't work out any kind of deal with me on the matter, I'm starting to believe what I'm being told, that this company is running scams on innocent people along with the Circle K on Maxwell Rd in Fayetteville, who told me they didn't know where my car was although I parked it under a camera. And they told me my car was fine where it was at 8:00 that morning only to have it towed at 8:59. I pray if thus is the case that they will all reap what they sow.
Update, the $300 Friday turned into $525.00 for them to give me my car back.
We were driving home to Florida from NY. Then we had an accident in Fayetteville which totaled our car. Not hurt but both of us in were in shock and were concerned about towing, damage, insurance, and travel. Then, our hero, Jack, showed up and towed our car. He couldn’t have been nicer, more professional, caring or helpful. Jack even drove us to a motel and even helped us carry all our stuff to our room. Simply, this was Greatest customer service and.compassion ever from Soles Auto Towing Service.
Soles has always been a great company with great employees but i wanted to brag on Operator Baldwin. Got to me quick this morning and worked fast getting a drive shaft secured all while laying under a truck in the middle of the highway with cars and truck flying by with no regards to his safety. Did the best i could with a blocker behind us and some triangles out. Thanks again for taking care of us! #BTS
We waited 5 hours for 3 other towing companies to say they were coming but to then cancel, within 15 minutes of calling Souls they arrived and were able to safely tow our car to Raleigh. Would 100% recommend!
Long story short my 350Z (low RWD car) needed towed 20 miles and our driver Travis took excellent care in loading, transporting, an unloading my vehicle. 5 stars.
My truck and trailer was towed from lowes parking lot, off ramsey st. there is no unauthorized parking signs no where in the lot where my truck was parked, and the entrance i use off ramsey st beside the Waffle House! I’ve never been warned by the property manager or anyone not to park at this location.after calling 911 this company didn’t even report my truck along with 4 other trucks being towed! After calling over 15 towing companies I finally found my truck! $1,150 , this is extortion at its best!! Completely unethical business practices!!! We are truly living in our last days when someone can just break into your truck and tow it at there own leisure! Drivers please be aware and this is coming from a retired veteran who abides by the laws!! And I could only pay with cash!! Money is the roots of all evil!! GOD don’t like ugly!
So I park at the dollar general with permission. To later find out my truck has been towed. Okay, 1150 to get out the tow yard and they won't accept credit card because they know it's illegal to do what they do. My bumper is bent at the bottom so they are negligent on how to properly tow semi. The tow driver broke into my truck and stole the ignition fuses out my fuse box then played a fool like he didn't know where the fuse box was. My trailer airbag valve is broken and missing, so they have fools here driving a wrecker and damaging the trailer. I have before and after pics of what the airbag assembly looks like. I will be filing a negligence report. Theives, poor liars and complete crooks.
I had an unfortunate accident on my way home from work, and I was blessed to be picked up by Jack. Jack went above and beyond for my poor car. He was a real light in the dark. The person who answered the phone both times I called was polite, patient, and understanding all without telling her my whole situation. I am absolutely a definite customer. I called AAA, the first towing company could not travel out of town for towing. I live an hour away from my work, it was late and AAA called a second towing company. Jack called me back immediately, asked if I was ok and in a safe place, assured me he would be here ASAP. He was here in 30 min. He was excellent, He does his job very well and was very professional. He is a safe driver and actually made a bad day a little brighter. We had chit chat on the way and was pleasant ride home. I appreciate his professionalism and his personality made me feel at ease riding with him. Jack deserves a RAISE. I would use this company again if needed in the future. Thank You Jack!!!!
If I could give this place a 0 star I would. This place towed my son's car and never told a sole where it was being towed. We called the police to ask them first and they said nope no one has reported towing it. We had to drive 45 mins and pay $200 to get the car back after we had to investigate where the hell it went. Rude lady at the front said oh we put it in the vin system when we got it here. That's not the way it's supposed to be done as the police office told me that after I called him about to file charges on them. Which he told me I could take her to small class court because they didn't follow the law. Chalked it up as a lessoned learned but they are trash and law breakers!!
My truck broke down late on a Sunday night, they had a tow truck out in less than 30 minutes and we're able to get it back to their shop, nothing but good things to say about Soles automotive, good pricing, quick turn around time for the repair, called me several times to check in and let me know how the repairs were going, they even put air in my tires. will definitely be going back for future repairs/services, would recommend to anyone
I have nothing but rave reviews with regards to Sole's Automotive. The Owner of this business establishment will unequivocally ensure that everything that can be feasible done will be done to return your vehicle back to you as expeditiously as possible. He will go the extra mile to see to it that you are treated as though you are a part of his family. He is an exceptional man, gentleman and Business Owner.
They did exactly what they said the would do and for a reasonable price got my truck from North Carolina to South Carolina in excellent time too. Thanks Bobby Gardner ! these people just want to steal and take advantage of the truckers that all they want is to spend time with their families, I hope that one day God will do justice to these people who only steal and harm other honest and good people. Justice sometimes takes time but it comes !! I hope they take advantage of the 1,200 dollars that they just stole from us.
My mom's car was stolen Friday afternoon. An found in a ditch. Car was towed by this company Friday night.
We called Saturday to get it out. An they told us we couldn't get till Monday morning.
We then call Monday morning an was told it would be $400 to get out for the tow an storage fees EVEN THOUGH WE DIDN'T NEED IT STORED. THEY SAID WE HAD TO LEAVE IT THETE TILL MONDAY.

BEWARE! As everyone else has stated, these people are thieves. They towed away my husbands 53 foot trailer from behind a Food Lion where he had permission to park by the Manager named Mike! Also Food Lion doesn’t have ANY “tow away zone” signs in the area where he dropped [for only 24 hours] because that is their delivery area. My husband could have very well been delivering for Food Lion as far as they know. So basically they stole our trailer, broke all it’s seals and locks and charged us $900 in cash to return it. They did not allow us to pay with any other form but cash. We got to their yard at 7pm, white SUV pulls up and the lady says “it’s $900 cash for the trailer” didn’t even greet us. didn’t even open their office to hand us a proper receipt. When I asked if they’d give us our seals back the man beside her said, “we can but they’re broken”. $75 dollar seals. These people are completely worthless.
Soles automotive is a reliable towing service, and they can tow anything. I had them drop of two part trucks off at my office for a very reasonable price. The part I needed alone was worth more than what they charged me for the two vehicles. This shop also repairs and can custom fabricate parts for your truck. They put a custom stack on my vehicle and sandblasted and rhino lined my front axle at a very affordable price. Also, if you need your vehicle state inspected they are the ones to do it.
My car was stolen and I reported it stolen on the 11th. It was found abandoned and towed by them on the 12th. They waited almost a week to file it to the dmv to drive up storage fees. I was called about a hit on my car through the dmv on the 18th. Dont deal with these clowns.
Edit: There's nothing to clear up. You got your $500 for my vehicle that got stolen and ransacked.
If I could give this place a half star I would. They towed and repaired my car and left all of the saw dust inside and out. When I called to complain the woman said if I went back they would clean it (knowing I was from out of state). When I told her she could pay for the cleaning bill she then tried to deny it was there fault whateversoever and changed her tune saying it was pollen. Completely unprofessional, never returned my phone calls the entire time my car was there. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!
We recently had a vehicle towed and we called to confirm that they had it. The receptionist said they didn't so we called to GPS locate the vehicle before we reported it stolen. You'll never guess who had it. We called back and they were still swearing the vehicle wasn't in their system, which, OK, all things considered was plausible. So we drove down to the AAA towing location and guess what was sitting right off to the side of the building bigger than a green thumb on a pink hand? Really, through the office window, I could see it clearly. And here I though I was bad at communicating.
Went to a City Sponsored event (Zombie Walk) parked my car in a vacant lot (no current business, for rent sign in window and NO VISIBLE sign saying you can't park there) around 8:15 by the time I got back to my car at 9:30 my car was gone. My father in law walked around the building and found a washed out white sign that you could only read if you lit it up at a certain angle. Called the number and found out that it was going to be $250. an exorbitant amount, yes for only 2.9 miles from where I parked at 102 Robeson Street to 608 Dunn Road. The lady Brandy Soles Locklear who answered the phone and outright lied to me on the phone. I asked her if there was someone there because I was there to get my car and she said no the guys would be back in less than 5 minutes, then when they pull up she walks out the door. Brandy also told me that the owner of the building is who called. The owner of the building is Kirby and John Tyson of Tyson Commercial Properties and I have reached out to them for clarification on this issue. Not only was this a city sponsored event and the morally you should have been able to park there, that's not the issue, the issue is the fact that the two gentleman Bobby and whoever else, who towed, were lying in wait, knowing full well that the towing enforced sign was completely illegible, also the fact that Brandy just straight up lied about being there to let anyone in, AND lied about who made the call. Not only did they charge $175 to tow the car, but another $75 for a gate fee, and made the numerous people (all from the same parking lot) wait and charge them $75 for each time they opened the gate. They absolutely knew that they were about to RAPE people the night of a City Sponsored Function. Shame. Multiple complaints were lodged against Soles Automotive October 27th and the cops also had to come out, multiple people tried to explain the extenuating circumstances and no help whatsoever, not only were multiple people towed UNLAWFULLY (even showed pictures of the whited out tow sign) but nobody gave a rats ass either. YAY, There is also a review from a man named Bob Gardner on here, please pay no mind as he is an employee and biased, proof is in the picture I provided, he is who towed my car.
