Staff has no idea what’s going on. Their business practices are subpar, and they e become a money grab operation. Don’s should’ve never sold their business to this horrible company. If you are looking for a trash company, go with any other company.
I just found out my trash service is moving from 2 days a week to 1 day a week February first. However, the price is remaining the same. So I am going to pay more than those who have one day a week originally. It’s crazy! I miss Don’s trash and will be switching my trash service.
What happened to common courtesy? Luckily this charger isn’t mine. The one it belongs to is pretty ticked about it. The guy could have came and asked us to move it or at least picked it up and sat it on the hood with the other one beside the inverter. This is just pure pathetic in my opinion. I hate to rate the company as a whole off of this lousy individuals lack of common decency but his actions says a lot.
This company is an absolute joke. They purchased our previous company in Harnett county and the service is atrocious. They pick and choose what they’ll take and the pick up time inconsistent. Such a disappointment to our community.
They took over Dons trash in Anderson Creek. We've had them miss one or more streets 4 times in the last month. When I try to call their Spring Lake office, they never answer. I've left voicemails with no response. Wish we had Dons trash back.
Walls took over for our the company we previously used. Missed pickups every week since they took over, no schedule posted, calls not returned and they don't seem to care if your house is missed.....regularly
I have had to call them just about everyday, every week to make sure they are picking up trash for my business.
I don't understand why it is so difficult to get my trash picked up! Would not recommend!
They pick and choose if they will pick up that week or not. This week they took our recycling but not our regular trash. And they put both recycle and trash together. That defeats the purpose! I have been calling since Tuesday. "We will get a message to dispatch." But due to Parkton firing them, they have short timers syndrome and don't care. But they have sucked since July. Only have 1 person per truck. Don't waste your money with them!
After waiting for over 30 minutes an employee came out and told me they were only taking the last 3 people in front. I was told they close at 11:30 when the website clearly says closed at 12. It was 11:20 when I was there.
would like to say the guys working the metal drop off area are great people. on tuesday july 16th i cut my arm pretty bad on a piece of metal and walked up to them and they stopped what they were doing and got me medical attention and kept me calm. great guys they all deserve raises. as well as the parking lot was very clean unlike other recycling places that would have metal all in the driveway. definitely will be coming back for the rest of my recycling needs.
It's been 2 weeks since our company dumpers were serviced. If I could give them a zero I would. When you call the lady in the office tells the same lie that someone will be out today. Call the Raleigh branch same lie. Fly by night company probably will be out of business soon.
Started coming here about a year ago, and the workers are egar to help it very clean and situated definitly organized! Appreciate what they bring to Fayettville!
Everyone at Wall, I mean everyone, right down to the ladies In the office is friendly, helpful, and professional. The manager will come right out and help. I have never had a problem taking my scrap metal here. This is a great business. Fair prices, friendly, helpful what more could you ask for?

Highly recommend Jeff with Wall Recycling. After my father passed away, we had to make a trip to NC and needed to throw away a full dumpster worth of junk. He had the best prices, actually answered the phone when I called and I was shocked that he was able to get the dumpster delivered the following morning. Very professional and honest, in my opinion.

Absolutely the best. They are very customer friendly compared to the other local businesses. Also a easy place to get in and out. Give them a try, you will not be disappointed.
They have good prices just watch your dirty scrap they will ding the whole load if you're not careful about separating dirty from clean. Overall great service!
