This review is all so late. I wanna send a Big Thank You to the Road Runner Service. I was in a car accident August 2025 my car wasn't drivable. Called Road Runner Service they got to me in 15 mins. I really do Appreciate your assistance on the day of the accident.
My friend called for a tow on her Kia soul that the emergency break was stuck on. A driver came out and was able to release the emergency break and while backing the Kia up backed straight into the front of my truck. We laughed it off as an accident as the impact was light. After deciding not to get the tow my friends were charged 90% of the tow cost anyway. The driver left and we turned on my truck to find that the headlight was busted. We called and left multiple voicemails and no one has reached back out. The driver was friendly but overall the company is not good.
I needed immediate flat bed towing and Road Runner provided. They arrived to my location within the hour (other places 3-4 hours). The price was also much better and the service was professional. I highly recommend and have them in my phone for future use!
The worst service I have ever experienced in my life. Not professional at all. They didn't do anything they said they would do. Do not waste your time at this business. Its a ripoff and waste of money.
Who ever owns this company Road Runner Towing llc should be ashamed of themselves for scamming my disabled mother last night. While I was out working she said she caught a flat and was at the corner of rose hill and Ramsey she was trying to go to Walmart. She ended up using this towing company and they charged her $135 to go 12 minutes down the road. This is crazy !

Road Runner Towing LLC was referred to me by a family member. My husband and I needed a storage that we purchased picked up. I called this company the young lady that I spoke with was so helpful and polite. She put me in contact with the owner John and he was just as kind and friendly as Amanda .I got a very affordable quote for what we needed . John was very professional and knowledgeable about what he was doing. We will be using this company for any transporting needs as well as referring them to family and friends. We highly recommend this company.
Outstanding service, John towed my daughters car when it wouldn't start. He then went above and beyond to look over her car. Finding that it was the ground wire loose. Tightened it up and car started right up. Highly recommend.
Just got a tow saturday night after hours and Tyler was the absolute man. This experience alone is a reason to keep using RoadRunner. I hope the rest of the staff is as professional and timely as he was.
I took a road trip from Maryland to Myrtle Beach SC. On the way down, my fuel pump gave out and left me stranded on i95 in Fayetteville NC. Found RR towing on Google and the owner John showed up within 20 minutes, very nice guy! He loaded up my car, made a stop so I could use the bathroom, recommended and reasonable repair shop in the area, held my car at his tow yard until the next morning (Monday) and dropped it at the shop as soon as they opened. A1 service from a A1 guy! 100% recommend! Btw my car was repaired and running on time!
Got stuck on base with my Explorer parking brake stuck. They came right away and got me towed to a dealership. Very friendly, very professional. Would definitely recommend.

I used Road Runner last month on our personal vehicle and they did such a great job that when we needed to tow our ministry bus I knew who to call.
I wasnt sure if they had the capability to tow a 40' long converted charter bus, but John assured me it would be no problem.
He showed up with a roll back flatbed trailer with a semi pulling it and towed it with no issues.
Great people to work with, super knowledgeable and a fair price.

This was the best customer service I have ever received from a place of business, the owner John went above and beyond, my hot shot broke down in north Carolina on my way to Florida with a trailer full. My driver abandoned my truck and trailer,he not only towed my trailer he let me keep my trailer in his lot for a very responable price. He unload the cars and kept in his lot till the new driver came for the cars. He hook m up with a really nice man to to help fix my truck.He did all this while I was all the way In Pennsylvania, If you need a tow call Road Runner. BEST TOW SERVICE OUT THERE
I feel terrible for not remembering the driver's name, but he was an absolute gentleman. Fastest towing service I've ever encountered. I called and they were ready to pick up within 30 minutes! Lowest price I've had to pay since I've been trying to get my car fixed. Hoping I don't need a tow anytime soon but calling Road Runner if I do.

The driver was kind and understanding but the dispatcher Susan was horrid. My husband did not ask the cost prior to having the car towed and inadvertently did not have enough cash to pay. I was only ten minutes away. Susan was very nasty and told the driver to reload the car. By this time, I was only 5 minutes away. She threatened to call the police and when I arrived to pay the driver, she began cursing was was very belligerent. She even told the driver to charge us more for the ten minute. Thank God, he was gracious enough to not do that. Though my husband should have asked the cost prior to havibg the vehicle, I will never use this company again simply because of Susan, the dispatcher's interaction.
Since the fish weren't biting we decided to stick around and play in the mud. Well, not really. True the fish weren't biting but when the trail to the back side of the lake gave way underneath me (damned erosion) we needed a hand. Roadrunner to the rescue.
John Leggett was not available the late Evening that I called, but offered to pull me out of a major ditch on Fort Bragg, the first thing in the morning if I hadn't had my situation resolved by then. Excellent person - Excellent customer service!
I am pleased to say the driver of this company came to my location in great timing. I was notified when he arrived.My truck was looked at and I was told what was wrong with it. Thanks to the gentleman who spotted the issue. He was kind and patient to talk about Everything. On the way to drop my truck off at the shop, he was a really cool person to carry on a conversation the wholeway there. Again thank you road runner services. I will definitely use your secures again.
We've used Mr. Legette, Bruce and the rest of the crew at Road Runner anytime we at Fire Protection have an issue with our fleet of vans/pickups.
Out of the 7 or 8 times we've used them, I've only had a slight delay of 1 hr ONCE. The other 7/8 times, they had a truck at my location within 25 minutes. They have a number of trucks running at any given time so even if they aren't immediately available, they should have one available to assist you within an hour as I mentioned.
On top of their speed and promptness, they also seem to be cheaper than almost every other local tow truck. If you can drive it onto the tow truck ramp and it's just going around the city, I've never paid more than $80.

I had a blow out on the side of the road, and Justin front desk agent was so helpful and consistent with calling me back, asking me if I’m ok, being a help person and that speaks value of the customers service here at Road Runner rowing, also they came and fixed my flat tire, didn’t have the entire amount to pay because I was not anticipating a blow out, I only carry My card lucky I had just enough to pay the guy and he let me go even though I was $10.00 short. Thank you Justin, thanks to the company for good service. You guys really came through. To the guy who expected what I had and Changed my tire God bless you. Thanks Road Runner ‼
This company was very professional and quick. Justin was our tow man and was quick and friendly! Would've given five stars but just thought the price was just a tad more than reasonable for a 10 min drive. Also, our car is a low riding car, normally people always scrape the exhaust pipes and they didn't!
