Guy broke his cable left before I got out and I texted him he says I gotta go fix my cable well wat happen to waiting for us to get out paid him $100 not to mention he didn't even let me get hooked back to trailer before he asked money terrible service me n my wife have a towing company and we are totally different we make sure customers are good and own there way before leaving

While on vacation, a tire blew out. The driver had to pick us up and the vehicle and drive us all the way from South Carolina to Virginia. While already stressed, the driver kept us laughing and was a safe driver while having our vehicle in tow… his name is Lance; he was and IS THE BEST!! Eugene’s Towing is lucky and Blessed to have him!
These people went above and beyond to help me and my family. I'll always remember their kind hearts. I would without a doubt recommend these wonderful folks. 1000000/10
I would like to give a shout out to Eugene for his willingness to help me out during this past storm that created so many road closures. Even though he picked up my car he wasn't able to deliver it to the dealership due to blocked roads. He stored it at his business gratis and then delivered it as promised. I need to say that my address was hours away from his town and deliverey to Wilmington. This is true demonstration of what customer service means. Thank you!
THEY SUCK THEY SUCK THEY SUCK!!!! Towed my vehicle wrong, wouldn't offer me a ride in the truck, rode IN MY CAR ON THE BACK OF THE TOW TRUCK ?? ILLEGAL AS HELL IF YOU ASK ME. Dropped my car in my drive way instead of my yard an it wouldn't crank due to a bad starter then left my car in neutral an let it hit the bed an dented my bumper. DESERVES A ZERO!!! DO NOT BOOK HIM!
My tow was set up through allstate roadside assistance at 6:22 pm 07/12/2024. The eta i was given was 8:19-8:49 pm . At 10:09 pm i called number and went straight to a message saying no voicemail was set up for that number . Someone was texting from the number and stated they were still 2 hours away in Jacksonville NC . Just before 12 am they stopped responding to their text messages and allstate cancelled the dispatch. I am still waiting for a tow as of 5:49 am this morning .
Do not use this company. I got a flat, they told me they would get there in 30-45 minutes. I sat on the side of the road for more than 2.5 hours waiting on them. When I called to get an ETA, they stopped answering my calls. It’s 7 am the next day, and I still haven’t received a call back from them. My aunt also tried calling them (because we thought maybe my phone wasn’t going through due to service), but they answered her call and then hung up on her when she said she needed a tow. No idea what the deal is, but incredibly unprofessional.
Not joking when I say I witnessed one of their tow trucks pull out directly in front of us on a 60 mph road causing us to slam on our brakes. Driver then proceeded to blast around us going upwards of 80+ mph. So very reckless and outright dangerous. Not sure what kind of company they’re running or who they’re employing, but our beach trip almost became devastating in the blink of an eye due to one of their employees.
I’d leave 0 stars if possible.
Lost my keys on the beach. It took the tow company 4 hours to tow car. Delivers car at 3am. Damaged the car!
They were told they broke the back bumper as soon as they dropped off the car and the guy pushed it back in and said they didn’t do that, it was already that way.
I Looked under the car in the am to see they had actually ripped out all the bumper fasteners when they towed it by the back hook underneath. Called my insurance and told them I was scared it would probably fall off when driving.
Keep in mind, I still had no keys made at this point and I was concerned even before driving it.. Finally got the keys made and the bumper falls off 15 minutes into the drive home. So I had to ride with the bumper in the car 3 hours home.
This company claims papers were signed when dropping it off saying everything was ok..yet no one signed any papers at my house. (And who would look underneath a car to check that anyway when they are supposed to be a reputable company sent through insurance?!)
First they said they didn’t know who I was. Then Told me they wouldn’t pay for something I did. ? (Like I ripped my own bumper off the next day) and broke all the clips myself)
Be very careful if you choose to use this company. They will damage your car and take no responsibility. They will apparently also forge signatures as nothing was signed. Very thankful for getting them through my insurance so they will be held accountable.
This tow company is the worst ever. I was sitting broken down at 4:30 am in the dark and was told 2 hours. I called several times no one answered. Then my insurance company told me Eugene would be another 1 1/2 hours and he just didn't show up at all!!!! Horrible business!!!!! What is the point in having a 24 hour tow service!!! Thanks for leaving a woman on the side of a desolate highway in the dark!!!!
My wife and I broke down in Tabor City on our way to Myrtle Beach. It was late on a Friday night, but Troy got to us in no-time and took us all the way in to Myrtle Beach for a fair price. I can't thank him enough.
We sat and waited for 4 hours for the original show time to then call and be told it was going to be another hour. An hour and a half later I called back to be told he would be there in 10 minutes and then hung up on. All the while receiving a text from roadside service provider stating the job was done. After refuting that claim we were told that the job was canceled for wrong equipment. Not for one second did they ever show up to provide the service that was requested. I highly recommend staying away from this lying and possibly fraudulent company!!!!!
Insurance called to have us towed. The tow driver very rudely said they canceled. The insurance showed me where they did not cancel. The tow truck driver was very very very rude on the phone. Avoid this place
Absolutely amazing service. They called and got to me really quick. They quickly determined it wasn't the battery and helped me switch it over to a tow through my insurance.
They were very professional and caring. They wanted to make sure my daughters and I were safe. I highly recommend them!

Our Class A 37 foot motorhome was stuck on our property in grass. Back tires were really in the dirt. Eugene’s towing was dispatched.

Had this company assigned via roadside assistance. I called the contact number provided. The guy on the line said the ETA would be about 50 mins. I waited over an hr and 30 mins before giving a call back to only be told , they have to contact the driver and find out how long and give me a call back. Never received a callback. Had to call roadside and cancel. So just imagine being a woman , 11pm , with a disabled car waiting and trusting that help is on the way to only be told they never were in route. Would not recommend at all if this is how you treat all your potential customers.
Hauled my over sized dually with a dump trailer in tow about 175miles when I broke down otw home from beach. Wheel bearing went out on truck. Truck went on flat bed and trailer was towed behind. I have saved Eugene's number and will call them anytime I need a rescue.
Broke down out of town. Called this business, was promised a tow date on a Sunday between 9:30 AM and 10:00 AM. By 11:00 AM I Sunday I called again, went to voice mail. Never a return call, no show on towing my vehicle. If you are NEED a tow, this is NOT the number to call.
Zero wait time for a safety inspection. Eugene did all of the repairs necessary for my vehicle to pass the inspection while i sat comfortably in the air conditioned waiting room.
