After AAA left my son on the side of the road for over 4 hours, I called Acme Towing. It was almost midnight but they answered the phone and I could tell that they knew what they were doing. It was a 25 mile tow back to Wilmington and the price was fair for the distance and time of night. I would recommend Acme Towing.
Jeff, the owner of ACME towing, showed up quickly to tow my daughter’s car after she was in a bad accident. He was calm, very kind and made the process very uncomplicated. We called the next morning to retrieve her belongings from the car and he met us right away. Highly recommend this company!!
We had a wonderful experience with Jeff today. My husband had surgery and when we came out ready to drive home ( which was over an hour away) we had a flat. After waiting for 2 hrs on another tow company, we called 3 others in this area who referred us to Jeff. He came out within 20 minutes, changed our tire and actually called about an hour later to make sure we arrived home safely! The BEST customer service we have ever had from a tow company and just a great overall town as the folks who refer him were so sweet as well! If your ever in the Leland area Acme towing are the folks to call!
