I had an excellent experience with Mull’s towing this morning. Their customer service was excellent. AAA sent them out to take my car to the dealership. The owner, Mike, suggested another shop that could do the work at a much less expensive price and closer to home. I was told that the service could only be done at the dealership, but the mechanic at the other shop confirmed that he could do the work. I am so pleased that AAA sent Mull’s. This information has saved me a lot of money. And, Mike referred me to two local garages that could service my vehicle if I have any future needs.

These guys are prompt, pleasant, and professional! So impressed and I will share everywhere! Driver Vance was also. Thank you!

Had a situation that required my truck to be towed. Called the next day to settle and was giving no assistance. Charged me for that day plus two more (holiday). For reasons I don't understand, they opened the back window and left it opened during a three day rainstorm. Do NOT use these guys if you value your vehicle. Incompetent. Rude. Unlikeable.

I requested a tow through AAA & Mull's responded. I don't know who I spoke with, but they had the nastiest attitude. He was very condescending & just rude!! I cancelled the tow request with AAA & asked that a note be made on my account to never to have Mull's respond to a request I make in the future.

I called Mulls Towing between 8AM and 8:30. Initially, it sounded as if I had awoken someone, which is understandable with towing companies since they do operate 24/7. At first, I was somewhat offended by the groggy response. It wasn’t an emergency and I asked them to call me when they were available to pick up a vehicle. They called about an hour later and met me post haste. The driver was courteous and helpful. I received a link to make payment and was surprised to see that it was only $65. I did expect it to be pricier. I would use Mulls Towing again if needed.

Mike and Vance were such a great help! I really appreciate them, being that I was unfamiliar with Kings Mountain he reassured that he would help. Mike was very patient and understanding through the whole process. I can’t thank him enough!

Charged high price for just holding on my truck for 2 weeks, they didn't even have change for a 20 so I over payed by 5 dollars. However they did keep my truck safe and I guess if I had to I would pay it again but still high I'f u ask me

My tow truck experience was excellent!!! I hit a pothole on 85 and cracked 2 of my rims Vance came and towed me to the rim shop he was very professional and friendly Im not from the area and wasn't familiar but he made me feel comfortable...thanks again Vance!!!

I am an 80 year old woman and I had a flat tire in Shelby NC last Friday. Mull’s towing came to help me. Very good experience. I highly recommend them.

My truck was broke down the side of 85 at 2:30 in the morning and I called at least 15 different tow companies which either did not answer or did not have anyone available at the moment. But mulls was very fast and very accommodating and all around very good people I appreciate you guys thank you.

Called mulls towing kinda last minute wanting an odd and annoying job done. loading a heavy dually service body with no wheels onto a trailer we wanted removed. They sent a driver out named Vance in less than an hour. He was very polite and highly skilled. Had a lot of patience and was fun to work with. Great service, great pricing I highly recommend these guys. Will be using again in the future!

Our Yukon broke down on a Friday afternoon in Kings Mountain. We called AAA and Mull’s Towing went above and beyond. They responded immediately, helped diagnose the issue on the spot, arranged for a mechanic to repair it within an hour and charged $200 less than our own mechanic quoted us. We were so thankful for their knowledge and professionalism!

If I could give fifty stars I would! My roadside service was "unavailable" on that Sunday so I called them and they were there in a flash. They not only towed my vehicle but helped me get the tire fixed so we could get my son to school. They are incredibly reasonable in pricing as well as extremely respectful and helpful. If I lived closer they would be my go-to for all of my towing needs. Thank you Bobby and Glen! You guys are amazing!!!

Saturday afternoon my husband and I were out for supper. We ran over some debris in an intersection and a piece of wood with nails puntchered our tire. Within a few minutes the tire was flat. We decided to call AAA because we pay for it and have never "used" it. When we called AAA they sent Mull's towing. We waited 10 minutes for them to get there. The gentleman got out of his truck and went straight to work. He had that tire changed and we were on our way in 15 minutes! He was courteous and very good at his job! We were both very impressed with our caregiver from Mull's Towing and AAA!!

Had to call them to go pick up a truck that another tow company had towed out of town. I called around and priced a few other companies before calling Mulls. Mull's had the lowest price. They did a great job
