With 20 years of experience in retail management and customer service training, it's rare to come across someone who genuinely cares for the customer, regardless of whether a sale is made. This was particularly refreshing at Autozone, especially given my past experiences with big-box stores. When I first came in for windshield wipers, my experience was sketchy. The guys who helped me were well-meaning but lacked competence. The first associate was clearly confused about which product to select and had to be redirected multiple times. I didn’t want him to install the wipers but felt I had no choice. Both him and another young man struggled to install the rear wiper. When I noticed the wipers weren’t flush against the windshield, I asked the parts manager to check, and she corrected it. These were expensive, higher-quality wipers for all three blades but it was made very clear that as soon as I left there was no returns. Two months later, the rear wiper – the one they had struggled with – flew off while I was in my driveway. I’ve never seen that happen before. lol Today, I was looking for the parts manager again, as she’s been helpful in the past, but was instead greeted by B.C., who introduced himself as the new store manager. He was kind, genuine, and immediately seemed competent. He got to work right away, replacing my rear wiper without question. Then, when I asked him to check my battery for an issue, he quickly diagnosed a loose cap, grabbed a tool, and fixed the problem that had been affecting my car's startup – all within five minutes. Next, I asked him to run a diagnostic on my check engine light. He ran the codes, gave me the diagnosis, and explained the suggested part – which Autozone didn’t carry – and noted that it might or might not have been the issue depending on my car's throttle. He even had me drive around for 20 minutes and come back to make sure the issue wasn’t related to the battery. Throughout the entire experience, B.C. went out of his way to make me a priority even with other customers coming in. He was efficient, professional, friendly, and he knew I didn't need to purchase anything that day. Seriously, no need to go back and forth between autozone or Oreily. If B.C is working he's got your back. He’s clearly committed to helping people, and has decades of experience from working in automotive environments. I appreciated in that environment I didn’t feel patronized or “mansplained.” I felt truly valued as a customer. It's HARD being good to people all day. But giving standard polite customer service is the normal. When someone goes above and beyond and does things to help a customer that they really didn't have to do. That's when you win me over and I make sure to tell everyone~

Got battery replaced on our Toyota RAV4. We’re very helpful in selecting our new battery, not trying to sell us the most expensive but one good for our needs. Checked battery and did replacement for no additional charge. This battery replaced the previous one we also bought here years ago.

The guys here are friendly. The book for oil filters on a 2017 Honda Ridgeline for an STP filter though states the wrong one. Be careful of following the book, at least their system has the correct one so asking them which filter is right will get you the right one. The wiper blades are way too expensive when you can find them for half the price at a Walmart or Costco. The store was clean, getting out of the parking lot is a challenge with no street light to stop traffic which sucked too because people keep coming both directions non stop.

I drove all over town trying to find assistance to add coolant to my BMW and no one could help until I found Amos at Auto zone. Amos was a huge help and took time to find the right product and even put it in for me. No more Oreileys or Advanced Auto for me I will always come back and appreciate Amos’s help! Thank you!

Christine Fuentes is the best store manager I’ve come across she’s proficient and helpful I’ve been to so many other stores and she ensured I got what I needed and did her research when she didn’t know I’m so happy with her and her store furthermore the cleanest store I’ve seen!

I’ve had a consistently excellent experience at AutoZone. The staff is knowledgeable and always willing to help with any automotive questions or issues I have. The store is well-organized, making it easy to find what I need, and the prices are competitive. Their online ordering system is also a huge plus, providing convenience and quick pickup. Overall, AutoZone delivers reliable products and great customer service.

I'm not a car guy but inquired about replacing backup light on my VW Sportswagen on 8-9-23.I promised myself not to forget the young man's name who took care of me. I think it was Dexter. He gladly came out to look at the taillight assembly, pulled out the light and even searched the shelves for replacement despite the store computer not showing it there. He found it, gladly volunteered to install and even verified it worked! What a refreshing experience. Thank you!

i can’t remember her name but she was very pretty, sweet, ans had lota of tattoos and piercings. she helped me with the coolant in my car and she was very patient (im a 19 year old woman who knows nothing about cars) and she even taught me some other things i need to know as well. thank u for the best service!!!!!

I had a wonderful experience here on May 15 2023. I needed my car attery replaced and it turned out I had a very difficult battery as the terminal was completely broken off. The staff, including Della J, Ricky P and Drew really went the extra mile to get me back on the road. Good staff like this makes for loyal repeat customers--Please take good care of them!

The absolute nicest people work at this location. They helped me find a steering wheel cover, and helped install it for me. All the while, cracking jokes and being as friendly as can be. Plus, I was able to drop off a couple UPS packages, because apparently this is a UPS Access Point, as well. It's a shame I just now discovered this place , 2 weeks before I'm moving away from the area.

Both times I've been in the staff has been super friendly and nice, being 9 months pregnant they insisted they carry my car part out to the car today which was very helpful. The gentleman that actually sold me the part I needed was off the clock and offered to help since the other employees were busy. I will definitely return in the future for their great customer service. My only complaint is that you can't take a left hand turn out of the parking lot.. bummer
