I was out Uber driving & got stuck in a ditch! Called Gary's at 2am on a Saturday night. Someone answered immediately! Travis gave me a call to verify location & arrived within 10 minutes. He had me pulled out of the ditch in 10min. The price was amazingly reasonable. Awesome service! Best experience with a tow company ever! I am so very grateful! 1000 THANKS! ????
First let me say that the drivers are polite first class people. Here is the rub. After the family car was involved in a fender bender, Gray`s carried the car about 3 miles to their fenced, locked lot surrounded by barbed wire. Immediately the next day I went to Grey`s office to retrieve the car. Management "dropped the bomb" that it would cost $350 before they released the car. Imagine my stunned amazement! Keep your cool when they sticker shock you, as the office camera records every thing, and there is muscle near by for back up. I was told the company offers NO military discount. Veterans stuck their necks out for our country, and put them selves in harms way. Apparently the owner has little if any respect for that service? Bottom line: You WILL pay what ever fee they demand, or it is likely after some time, the vehicle and it`s contents become property of Grey`s towing...
Had a problem with getting lugnuts off of my car when my tire went flat.
JD came and was able to get them off and install my spare. He also put air in my spare. Very nice guy and did a great job. I would definitely use them again.
I called Grays towing on July 15th. They texted the link to pay online. I paid and the payment withdrew from my account. They canceled the scheduled tow saying they did not receive payment. I showed proof where u paid and it cleared my account. My vehicle still was not towed. The invoice was voided and was to expect a refund. I still have not received the refund. And grays nor their payment company (roadsync) are willing to issue a refund at this time. The phone conversations are becoming very short and with much aggravation on their end. I only wanted my money back for services not rendered. I have never had an issue with grays and was in an accident last year and used them. I’m disappointed and still hoping they can make it right. Almost $100 gone, had to have car towed with another company at $100 as well on top of repairs. Money doesn’t fall from trees these days, and $100 is golden to some. Will be waiting another week for management to return from vacation. I feel as if this should been handled same day or shortly after.
I can't say enough about Gray's. Everytime I call they are there. The drivers are always nice and knowledgeable. Tony did an awesome job today with my son's truck. Thank you Gray's for always being there and hiring good people! You should be very proud! ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆

If your trip to the beach ever includes a flat tire or the need for a tow, and I sincerely hope it doesn't, but if it does then Gray's Towing has the best people to help you get your car back in the beach vibe. Tom came to the rescue and provided excellent service and friendly support. Our car did require more than just a routine tire change and Travis came to tow us to a local shop. Overall, 100% excellent service from friendly, helpful people. Thank you Gray's Towing for the quick recovery of our spring break get-away.

Called on a Sunday. Nick arrived quickly to get my friend’s boat and trailer after losing a tire. Nick was quick, professional, and cautious with everything including making a stop to ensure everything was secured 100% even in slow traffic. Highly recommend and THANK YOU to Gray’s and especially Nick for the quick and prompt service. Will use again for sure.
Had a car removed he showed up the time he said he would loaded it right up when dropping it off he went to the place next door but we were right behind him and corrected him he did a good job

Horrible service. We called at 1 and said we were broke down. We were told they would be here by 2:05. Still waiting at 3:30. Sad thing is we were on vacation and had 2 special needs kids and a diabetic with me. They need to be more on their time schedule!! They say they will get to us as soon as possible.
I cant say enough of them the day I called..1.is was price for about 35 miles..2. Once called the correspondence from the driver was immediate. And checked on my safety..and kept reaching out to double check on me..3.one he showed up in the massive rain storm. He got to it and told me dont worry about helping him just get my kid in the car seat and
Gray's came to change a tire for me and did a good job but the guy left my tire upright. The tire was off balance and more air leaked out and the tire fell over in the rim and scratched the hell out of my brand new truck rim!! I called the company the next morning and they said sorry for my luck!! Really!! So, I won’t be using them again with that attitude… $150 later… I had to pay to get the scratches buffed out….
Today, extremely magnificent service took place. From talking to the dispatch lady and Josh showing up. My tire went flat on the side of the road. Within 30 minutes, from phone call and being taken care of... I was back on the highway. Thank you!!!?
I was in an accident on the 15th of March and the guys that got my car were super nice and understanding and gave me all the information I both wanted and needed to know. When I called to see when I could get the stuff from my car the lady was very nice and well informed. When I went to grab the stuff out of my car and sign it over to the tow yard I wasnt sure what to do or expect and the guy there walked me through everything with patience, kindness, and if I am in need of these kinds of services again this play will be my first call
I have used this business a couple times for vehicle lockouts, but my car recently got towed, and without me knowing...I literally was in the process of fixing my tire, which was knifed by a neighbor, and one morning bout a week ago, my car was gone, as soon as I had a mechanic on the way over so he can get my tire, put the rim in my new tire, then my car wouldve been good to go...I am upset, and they can keep charging all they want, but I have no way to get anywhere, and I am not paying more for what I payed for that car! There was no reason for it to get towed...I can't work now cause my car is gone! And now I am never calling them in the future for anything! either they can buy the car title, or they can keep the car...but do know, that I am telling everyone to not go through your business!! I just lost my only car, and have to walk everywhere!! I live in Section 8 in Morehead City and I feel like it wasn't fair! I have been trying my hardest!! Keep charging...im not handing in my title! Oh and I am using my man's google account to write this! DO NOT GO THROUGH THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING!!!!
I called them to get my vehicle towed. She told me that it would be 45 min to a hour until they would come but they would call when they are on the way. That was fine. I ended up calling back and telling them I was leaving that I would put the key in the cup holder. I went ahead and paid for it since I wasn’t gonna be here when he calls. I go to leave and my car was missing .I didn’t get no phone call that whoever was on the way, so I didn’t get to put my key in the car. I called them and told them I didn’t see my car. Lady told me to hold on one min, so I did. She gets on the phone and tells me well since you already paid for it and said you were putting the keys in the car, there was no need for them to call you. Am I missing something?? They should have still called me to let me know they were on the way, so I could have made sure my key was in the car. All she could say was well they dropped it off where you wanted it. Can you say RUDE!! Now I have to figure out how to get the key to the mechanic so he can fix my car.
So I had kind of an emergency situation this morning when I had my baby in the car and had a flat tire. I was able to get to the gas station which has an air pump but I have no idea how to do anything like that. Thank goodness There was a grays truck there and he helped me out. He was really nice and helped me out with getting air in. I’ve used this business in a professional capacity too about a year ago when I had to have my old car towed , they were super nice then too. Definitely will use them again if I ever need a tow!
