I found The Junkluggers through a local vender. I contacted them and it was very easy to schedule an appointment them. They even reached out to me prior to my appointment to see if I had availability to provide their service early because they were already in my area. They gave me plenty of text message reminders, and contacted me the day of service to let me know when they would arrive. The crew that showed up was very friendly and quoted me a price that ended up being much less once the trucks got loaded. They were able to complete their service quickly and I was very satisfied with the completed job. My point of contact was Carter, he was good to work with. I would absolutely recommend this company and I would use them again.
When I first called, the lady I spoke with was so kind and friendly and even when I told her the items I wanted removed and I told her the price was much. She encouraged me to let them come and it might not be as much as I estimated. I agreed. Justine and Antonio were so respectful and they went above and beyond to make sure the price worked for me, they even called the manager to work with my budget. Thank you so much! Junkluggers were wonderful. We had to clean out my sister in laws house. They were prompt. They worked quickly and continuously. The guys were polite. We definitely recommend them and would use them again if needed.
I cannot say enough about my experience with Junkluggers. From my initial call to get an estimate the representative was absolutely delightful. My appointment was scheduled promptly. On my appointment day when Ian, Antonio and Asher arrived they were very professional. The process and estimate was explained thoroughly and when the work started it was efficient and smooth. These guys are great. I would hire Junkluggers in the future and hope this is my haul away team.
Antonio and Ian came to haul some stuff away today and were completely professional and friendly. They both engaged with my toddlers and Antonio gave my youngest a pack of Pokémon cards while Ian talked to my oldest about Darth Vader (weird, I know). The process was seamless, and Antonio and Ian couldn’t have been nicer.

The appt was easy to make, they came at the appt time, they reviewed with me my estimate, no obligation to use them, I agreed on the price, they too everything away, no hassles, I would use or recommend them.
These guys are the best-- besides being a green company, the real real junk luggers (the guys who show up!) are just extraordinary people. We used them twice in a two week period-- selling a house with 30 yrs of memories and, yes, junk too. In the first round they hauled off the big stuff-- an outdoor grill, some furniture... a riding mower! They muscled that stuff on the truck with smile! For very reasonable price;)
The second round took away an entire truckload full of everything left after the movers took our furniture. They came the morning we were closing the sale of the house and man oh man did they understand the urgency, but they STILL took time to look for things we may have missed. They found important documents we had overlooked and always asked if it looked like something we might want to keep.

Alex, the ops manager was easy to coordinate with and was super patient with me due to some challenges with my storage unit. The person I spoke with on the phone clearly explained all the pricing and how the service worked. The 2 gentleman who came to give me my estimate were wonderful! The estimate was totally fair and they had everything out of my 3rd floor walk up apartment in just over an hour on a very hot day. Highly recommend them!!
Ohh they made my move such a breeze! They did it all with a smile on their faces!! I am one person going from a small 2 bed/1 bath and I filled a 26’ all by myself!
