Wasted an hour of my time waiting in line just to be told that they don’t buy catalytic converters except for the price per pound of steel. Train the staff up front to share that info upon arrival

I sell a decent haul once a year to these guys as I did yesterday everything was going fine until I guess it was the supervisor in the non ferrous area made a comment that hit me wrong after being told something else, I had to hold my tongue on this guy if I ever go back and he is there I’ll leave and drive out of my way to sell elsewhere! Shame people act like this towards good customers

Great business. Fair prices for picking up various scrap metal for projects. I have been to both Salisbury and Harrisburg. Shout out to Ben nice guy who offered great customer service. He showed genuine effort to help me find what I was looking for on my visit.

Yard man in the resale area went above and beyond to get us what we needed for our project. He found the sheet metal.we needed and cut it for us. He also showed examples of different thicknesses to make sure we got what we needed. Thankfully, he also helped load it all in the truck. Two thumbs up.

I wanted to give a better review. Everything I see on FB looks great. However, their hours are from 8am to noon and if you don't get their then you're SOL. I ended up going to Steel Supermarket instead who was open until 5pm.

I called them on Friday to let them know that I was coming on Saturday morning to buy some grates. They told me to be there before 9am and I was there about 20 minutes before 9am. I drove over an hour to get there and they told me they couldn't get to them I would have to come back on Monday. Won't be going back.... ever

Large operation, and as a small customer you can instantly feel your worth from them. I am not a full time scrapper. I bring in metals left over or salvaged from my construction business. The owner a very small man with a large inferiority complex made my visit my last.

I think it's just alright. The price on scrap isn't the best and I have weighed my metal before hand and then gone to drop off an it was a few lbs off before.

Went to loves scrap yard first had a horrible time and after they dicc me around and refused my load we left and went to foils . This place has amazing staff. They have great work ethic and do their best to get you in and out in a reasonable time while being extremely polite. I highly recommend this place simply because of the service. In this day and age that's huge.

Excellent customer service. The lines can get long, but the staff makes it for as quickly as possible. They also pay better than some other places.

I drive 40 miles. I pass several other recycling places just for the service. They whole staff does an excellent job. I highly recommend doing business with these folks.

A almost mirrored experience as the sister location in Salisbury NC. Exceptional staff,clean yard and safe work area at drop off building. I'll continue my scrapping hobby with foil's asy buyer. I love this place! I started scrapping non ferrous recently and the guys and lady were so helpful, also the ladies behind the counter. Great prices, great service.

Great place to recycle metal and other items. Easy to do process and the people are real nice.

Seems to be honest at the scales and the lady's at the pay window are pleasant and very efficient plus the whole place is clean and organized I like going there

The lady who assisted with the weight and payment was very friendly courteous and gave very simple instructions for my first time there. It is a very easy place to follow along when you bring metals to drop off for cash.

We've taken two cars there and the service was very good. I know of other people who take scrap metal and have had a good experience.

Used to love this place years ago when they allowed you to walk the yard to find just what you needed for a project. Now you are limited to the resale area which is useless and they make no effort to look for what you want unless it is right in front of them. Don't plan on going back which is sad.

I buy a lot of metal from here and always have a great experience. The price of metal is way cheaper then anywhere else. Caesar is the best. He always gets me in and out fast and I can ask him for ideas and he always helps me. In the office the women with the tattoos is awesome. She is very nice and gets the paperwork done quick. Some advice for future customers your attitude is going to determine their attitude so be nice. They all work very hard over there and don't deserve the stank attitude I see people come in with.

Yes they are a little disorganized, but they don’t do awful. Also, they don’t determine the price on scrap, the economy does. If you don’t have several hundred pounds of copper, or brass, it isn’t worth holding everyone up so you can make an extra $3.00 bucks! Dauhh! I’m sure when you penny pinchers leave, foils is hoping you complainers don’t come back either!

I bring several truckloads of aluminum in each week. The staff is very friendly. Every time I go I am able to get in and out quickly. Pricing is about The same as other recycling businesses in the area.

It was pretty skimp. 200lbs of good metal for 4 bucks plus bad customer service. Hope people see this and decide not to go . This is why America is starting to sick now

Absolutely never stepping foot in there again. Changing hours, screwing me on the weight and prices but most of all the run around game between the auto and scrap. Nobody seems to know when each part is open. Almost like its 2 different companies. Waste of time going there.
