Best customer service ever! They kept me from having to file an insurance claim after I hit a railroad tie in a parking lot and collapsed my bumper. Friendly, helpful and affordable. Remember they also do oil changes and other car maintenance!
I had 2 cars towed by State trooper Ellis. Lynn picked them up and didn't want to give me my stuff out of them. I was able to get stuff from one car but he got so upset when I took my speaker box out he wouldn't let me get the stuff out of my other car. The thing is my friend Rex that is in ICU house burnt down on rohdhiss rd and all the clothes I had just got him were in the back of the other car. What horrible people. Vintage towing sucks. I CANT wait to see karma turn on him.
Absolutely great customer service and support! I broke down on interstate and these guys walked me through steps to fix the car so I wouldn’t have to tow and even offered to tow my car back to their garage and help me figure out the problem if I couldn’t fix it. It’s increasingly rare to run into someone willing to help another person even if it means missing a sale. This will be the business I refer people to from now on!
I had a bit of misfortune with my vehicle returning from a trip. Luckily my car broke down near Vintage Towing services. I have never met a more friendly tow truck driver. Being from out of town and a car full of people we had to wait for family to pick us up. Tow truck driver insisted on ensuring we did not get to hot and even helped us get an idea of what was wrong with my vehicle so I would know what to expect from the mechanic. His rates were reasonable even on a Sunday. He is definitely a good person at heart and very helpful. If you need help this is definitely the company to call. People like this are a rare gem in this day and age.
It’s never fun when you’re broken down on the side of the road; however, Vintage Garage Towing took really great care of me and my precious cargo when we were stranded with a flat tire. They were courteous, professional and genuinely concerned for my safety. Thanks guys!

OMG idiots on here... a used car has NO WARRANTY. You ARE NOT entitled to free towing, parts, labor, or anything because you bought it there. Stop running your car to death, take care of your car (not just gas), pay your bills, & maybe it'll get u where u need to go.?
Hell, when I need towing, I call Vintage Garage & kindly wait. You want service done right, learn to wait.
10/10 recommend very honest guy, best prices around. Arrived in a timely manner and was absolutely awesome. Would recommend to anyone and definitely will use vintage garage towing again!
He may be good at towing cars I would not know because I bought a used car off of him and it give me nothing but trouble for two weeks and when the car left me stranded I call him to tow it for me but like the car he left me stranded. So glad he can tow everyone else but not mine.
Lynn was very courteous and professional. Only had to tow my car few miles, but he did so with no problem and charged very reasonable rate. Quickly responded to my call and made arrangements same day. I’ll definitely call him if I find myself in need of service again!

Mr. Ingram is on his game! Willing to help; incredibly responsive and so willing to drop what he was going and get us off I-40!!! Our Roadside service was not helping us and we called Vintage… We wound up being helped after numerous calls, so we didn’t use Vintage - but call this brother ‘cause he is the BEST!!!
