Ummm…are we going to get a refund for the Artymus Pyle show that was postponed? No one will respond when this question had been asked numerous times. Can you explain why you are keeping our money?
Would give ZERO stars if possible! I Purchased two tickets to see the Artimus Pyle Band show on Sept. 28, 2024. Due to Hurricane Helene, the show was “postponed”. Obviously, this was COMPLETELY understandable. The show was "rescheduled" for April 2025. Not hearing any information, I contacted them through their Facebook page, the owner messaged me back saying the show had been "officially cancelled and refunds should be happening with in the next couple of weeks". After a couple of weeks. I messaged them again, inquiring about the promised refund. The owner promptly blocked from their Facebook page and messenger access. I have had to involve my bank in an effort to get my refund. Owner and business appear to be very sketchy.
Purchased 2 tickets plus party deck pass and it's been 7 months I haven't seen the show and it's postponed twice and there lead singer left the band? I want my money back I'm not waiting years for the show I need my money back iv left so many voice mails I lost track nobody returns calls or picks up the phone I feel robbed and I want this made right too me this is bad business!

After almost 6 months, and after not hearing any word on the status of the show, I contacted ETIX on 3/3/25 for a refund. They told me that they haven’t heard a word from the venue and couldn’t issue a refund.
After being denied a refund, I reached out directly to the venue via email to request a refund, or the
date for a make up show, and got no response or bounced email. I then sent several messages via Facebook Messenger with no response. The messages show as READ.
They have been posting on Facebook all along, and the county GIS shows the venue is still intact. WHERE IS THE MONEY????
Always great music, great people and great staff. Owner never over prices anything he just wants communities coming together for fun. One hundred stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
The concert was great, and the staff was pleasant and welcoming. The only complaints would be the bus that transported everyone from the parking area to the venue was discussting . It had a very strong odor of mildew and our clothes were covered with mold, we were dirty just sitting down and it ruined my wife's shirt. And their were two buses and only one running so that made for a very long wait after the concert. And last no one was slowing down vehicles trying to leave the VIP section which made it quite dangerous for people waiting for the bus. All in all would give it one more chance and hopefully they could address those issues. To owners, you have a wonderful place for people to enjoy I've ran similar venues but much larger and these issues are so small but would make a huge difference in how people view their experience. Thanks.
Great atmosphere and setting. Disappointed about handicap parking. I will not return since too difficult walking up hill. Truly enjoyed my first and sadly last visit. I'll not go somewhere 1 or 2 hours beforehand to be sure I can park where I need.
I recently attended my son's wedding at The Barn at Paint Fork, and I can't stop raving about what an incredible experience it was! From start to finish it was a truly unforgettable event.

The bar service at the wedding was nothing short of spectacular. The staff was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure that all guests were well taken care of. The bartender was amazing!

Absolutely amazing venue! The area is beautiful and The Barn is built to match the surroundings, doesn't clash with or take away from it...the people who work there are very friendly and welcoming, and add to the overall fun experience! Looking forward to seeing The Barn become one of the "go to" music venues for some really great bands/musicians!!
We have gone to a couple concerts and had great experiences at both. The bands were great both put on great shows. Food and beverages available with friendly staff.
Wow. My first experience in this fantastic setting for live music was enjoying the Artimus Pyle Band. ? It’s tucked away in the glorious mountains of WNC, just 20 minutes from Asheville. You can bring lawn chairs, use the many benches, or just dance the whole time like me. With food trucks and the biggest fire pits I’ve ever seen, this spot is amazing!! Wow! Awesome venue! As soon as I entered the property I knew much thought and dedication went into this place! I loved the variety of seating! No bad seats! I have been to much bigger venues but this was so intimate and up close with the performers! Lighting and sound- spot on! It was a great experience! Hope to return soon!
Nestled in the valley off Paint Fork Road is this gem of family oriented entertainment and events venue. You'll be delighted with the thoughtful planning put into this place.
If you're into taco trucks you'll really enjoy the food from E&D's one of the trucks featured at The Barn.
.Want to give my personal recommendation of The Barn at Paint Fork. Went for the first time last weekend. Great show. It's only about 30 minutes from Burnsville. Nice shuttle bus ride from parking lot to venue. What I liked most was that it's a few hours of normal in this crazy world. If you want to wear a mask fine. Some did, some didn't. There was plenty of room to find you an area not to close to others. Show was great. I'll be going back next weekend for the Hank Jr tribute show. I even won a ticket. Thanks to the Barn. Feels good to be normal again.
AMAZING PLACE! Great concerts and amazing performances. The owner is awesome to open his property to have something special to do in Buncombe county. (Where everything else had been taken away) Thank you sir.
Family friendly and friendly people. They have several fire pits perfect for the fall season. Geaet venue. Saturday was a benifit for local school kids and they raised $20k. Great local effort for local people. This is a definite must go.
Great music venue. Kids are welcome. Fire pits and games. Beer and wine along with food trucks. We have seen Wade Hayes, Billy Dean, LoCash and Joe Lasher.

Just wanted to let you guys know what a wonderful time that my husband and I had at the Billy Dean concert Saturday night! I loved your venue and all of the "barn folks" were absolutely wonderful! Everyone was so accommodating and friendly! It was a great experience! I truly loved getting to see Billy Dean in concert again and enjoyed the other two bands that performed as well. I also got a picture with Billy Dean again which made it extra special! Please have him back again to your venue!
In closing, we will definitely return to "The Barn" and are spreading the word as to what a nice place it is to see a concert!

We attended the Blue Grass Festival this past Saturday. What a great time.
Concerned at the beginning about remote parking, bus to the venue, return to your vehicle, services at the venue...
This was so well organized. Easy parking and someone explaining the rules. Bus trip and drivers were worth the price of admission. It only got better from there. Easy entry, security everywhere, great food and fascinating design of facilities.
Two stages allowed for non stop entertainment. One performance ends, walk 50 yards to the next stage.
I would highly recommend this to anyone who wants to enjoy the music, mountains and food.

The Barn at Paint Fork is a must attend concert venue located in mountains of North Carolina. The food from Twisted Laurel that night was excellent, The beer was so cold I swear it had ice floating in it, But the main things were the facility is super clean and the staff is amazing just some good ole southern hospitality from everyone
