I just got off of work to go home and my car would not start. I called other tow companies and their ETA's were longer than an hour, no truck in my area and their prices were more expensive. I was so relieved when I called Worthy Brothers Towing. The price was right, earlier wait time and Ricky Wells the tow person was super friendly and patient. He treated me like a friend, made sure I was pleased with my services and I was amazed by his talent with the truck.
Excellent service, got a flat tire and was stuck on the side of the road on a decline. Tried to change the tire myself but the jack slipped and I had to call for help. No damage thank goodness. The driver pulled up about 10 minutes after I called and changed my tire with no issues, even gave me a few pointers on how to prevent the jack from slipping if I find myself in the same predicament again. Needless to say I was back on the road in no time…. I’ll definitely call again if I ever need a tow.
Our vehicle broke down just a little bit from our house. He was quick to arrive, kind, and the price was more than fair. When others in the area didn’t answer or couldn’t respond he did & we appreciated it more than he knew.
Rickie Wells came out to assist me with a flat tire that turned into way more than just that lol but he was absolutely amazing! Very nice and hard working guy. For it to be the day after Christmas it was not the most ideal situation but Rickie made it better with his customer first priority and knowledge of his position! One star taken away simply because the owner was extremely rude over the phone but would give 5 stars for Rickie!
Was heading home for the Holidays and my car just died when I had stopped at a stoplight. I called Eagle One being they were only 15 minutes from my location. Ricky was in the immediate area and was there within 6 minutes. He was able to tow my truck to my brother's house about 45 minutes away and charged me a very fair rate for the tow. My girlfriend, her son and myself rode in the wrecker and he obliged us by stopping by the convenient store for some food and drinks. What a great company with clean wreckers and courteous drivers.!
He just had to make a new website he was the highest rated tow company when I started doing business with him he is competitive with his prices and does a quality service
