I had an appointment in the area and had just gotten into the car to leave when a gentleman came up to my window and told me I had a flat tire so I called a friend that lives in Bladenboro and he went by IT'S Auto Service and borrowed an air tank and came and pumped up my tire and while doing so we could see a nail head sticking out from the tire. I followed him to CW's Auto Service and as soon as we pulled up Randy told the gentleman I needed a tire plugged and he got right on it and I was driving away in ten minutes and he checked the air in another tire and added some to it as well. The lady inside that took my payment was very friendly and greeted me with a smile which is very rare these days.
I got into an accident and the tower did not speak a word to me and rushed me to get all my stuff out by starting to tow it. The only thing he did was hand me his buisness card. I am very disappointed in his service.
This is the best place to go in Bladenboro. Everyone is really nice and their mechanic is super cool upfront and honest. It's few and far between to get anyone honest these days. I would recommend CW's to everybody who needs work done on their vehicles.
They put a starter in car. I pick my car up and every light on dashboard was on including my car was accelerating on its on. I took it back and they dispute with me saying it was already like that. Finally they took it back and seen they had it in wrong. 1 week later car wouldn't crank again. I took it to dealership only to find out they still had it in wrong and they blew my hole electrical system, which costed me 1200 to get it fixed. I would not recommend CW'S to anyone not even an oil change. Customer service socks and mechanics suck. 0 stars for me.
My mom had a flat tire today right before 5. They came out promptly, took her rim back to the shop, replaced the tire, and put it back on her truck. They charged her a MORE than fair price. I would highly reccomend this company to anyone. They were a true blessing to our family/my mom today.
CW's Auto Service has always been a pleasure to work with on auto related issues. I highly recommend this business due to their prompt service and polite demeanor with customers. They make customers feel appreciated!
I spoke with CW myself, about changing my fan belt. He gave me a fairly good price considering it's a sideways motor. Haven't had the work done yet. I'll update my review after the works done.(Update) CW sent me across the street. 🤷♂️
This place is a rip off ..they over charge you in the first place and the work they did do wasn't done right and they wanted to charge me again for something they messed up in the first place and they keep your car forever before they even start to work on it.. Do Not take your vehicle here!!
I recently gave this place a good rating, and thought of them as good and honest people. But after my last few visits, all that have changed. I'm not one to throw dirt on people's reputation, but after I took I car there is went completely down hill. I went and got my oil changed on the 2nd and my car was on the side of the road 12 hours later.
What a truly helpful, hardworking man! C. W went above and beyond helping us out. Couldn't have found a more thoughtful man. Treated us like a great, long time friend would do. Not like the broke down out of Towner's that we were. Thanks again for ALL your help 😊👍
Not only was this place willing to come pick it up, but the rate ended up being a lot cheaper than quoted. They were done in less than an hour on starter replacement and will definitely be the first go to from now on!!
these were all just wonderful reviews but My experience was totally different. I was charged $350 for a tow from Tarheel to Bladenboro . After talking to several other tow companies it was very clear I had been way overcharged and taken advantaged of. There are others too. As far as a star tapping one is the only way I could give my review. I don’t mean it
Great friendly service .. We have used Charlie's for years and he has never let us done .. Kim is super friendly ,sweet and always greets you with a smile .. The only place we will use for our vehicle needs !
They were quick. Decent service. There is a lack of interpersonal relationship skills throughout the staff, but they make up for it in silence. I wish they would clean p the joint some. There are too many dead cars. makes one wonder if he or she should bring their car there. I got a headlight fixed and an inspection. So I can only rate them on that experience alone.
