Has to be a man of integrity... I just remembered this seeing his truck today. One of the several times I broke down on the side of the road he saw me and stopped to offer help. The only person ever to do that for me. Although the audi I had was a lost cause and god himself couldn't have saved that car at least he stopped to check on me. I appreciate it Mike! Never forgot.
Over promises and under delivers. Claims to have worked on a boat for me. Invoiced for items not finished or complete. Would not use again or recommend.
Big Mike is THE Man! Had him scrap & paint my boat bottom; it looks Great. I also needed him to transport my boat to a canvas fitter and to Avalanche Motorsports for my 100 hour engine service. Mike was “ Johnny on the spot” when it came to delivery & timing. I highly recommend Bid Mike for any & all your service needs; and he’s a both a professional and a Gentleman.
Big Mike was a life saver for us. He tackled the challenging task of replacing the head hoses on a sailboat that we were delivering to Maryland, and completed the job on a Saturday, which allowed us to continue on our trek north to Maryland with minimal delay.
Big Mike and Dustin worked efficiently despite the tight spaces that make sailboat repairs difficult, and were a pleasure to deal with throughout.

Had an AC issue on my boat and Dowry Creek Marina recommend Big Mike. I called him and he was out same day and took care of the issue. Real nice guy and a hard worker. Hard to find that anymore.
Can’t say enough about Big Mike! (Magic hands) 😝 We had engine trouble coming into Dowry creek Marina on our 40 ft Catamaran. Mike came the same day we came in, looked at our issues, and made recommendations. He ordered us new parts but they only sent one item of two, so he drove down to Homer Smith Marina in Beaufort to complete the job! Who does that? Big Mike!
Mike was recommended by the marina we stayed at in Belhaven. Called him early afternoon and he arrived mid/late day. He was courteous and service oriented. He was able to identify a vacuum leak in our boats vacuflush system. I had the spare parts on hand and the repair was done. Mike is talented and very knowledgeable on many things….I would highly recommend him.

Sailboat prop shaft repair done on time and on budget! Has a great reputation around the boat yard. Thank you for getting us back on our way. And heat exchanger flushed and pressure tested on top of it all. A honest man of many talents!
