Wow, this is the most terrible and corrupt business I've ever dealt with. Needed a tow recently and the cops sent these fools to do it and the tow truck driver had a very nasty attitude and basically stole my car. He was also thanking the cops for the money he would make on towing my car. Then they charged me 1800$ for a tow!!!!! Please run away from this place!! If you are stranded call anyone else!!! I've attached a picture of the receipt where they charged me. Im definitely calling the better business bureau on this place. #closedown
I like these people they are polite for most part everyone is their own person lol all humans have their own life to live and things happening in their own lives but when they are able to be honest and open amd communicate properly with their customers that makes it even better for everyone you cant beat their service thats guaranteed ive used several different towing companies these were the best in wadesboro I know that for fact thank you guys so much. A ould and do and will recommend them.
Unfortunately I needed towing after an accident. I left some personal items in my wrecked vehicle. After calling and explaining the situation, my items were mailed ro me (I live in another state). Excellent customer service!
I recently had an accident, and my car was towed by ATR. I called and ATR answered on the second ring. I called several times with questions and they were very helpful and kind. I highly recommend ATR.
These guys helped me out when my vehicle broke down coming home from vacation. Towed it to my local service center that was over an hour away. Excellent service and communication.
