This review is difficult to actually give a rating for. The experience started out great but quickly went south. We had an electrical issue with our jeep. The owner had the guys in the shop jump on it right away and replace the alternator in under an hour while we were waiting. The next day they had to replace the alternator again because the first one was bad. They left a nut off of the bracket that held the alternator in and were ugly about it when it was mentioned to them. The electrical problem still persisted after that. The owner wasn't around the next couple of times we took the jeep in to get looked at for this same issue. The jeep sat for 2 days in their lot with the keys in the vehicle without the gate locked or even closed at night. It wasn't even looked atthe entire 2 days it at there. The workers said they could only work on appointments and that we would have to wait. Apparently, the owner has to be there in order to get good service.
my dad had his truck sent off there a while ago, well they said they needed a new transfer case to put on it and that they couldn’t find anywhere with the part. well we had to go to the parts house and order one. well we get it back and drive it home which is only like 10 minutes away if that, he noticed something wasn’t working right, he didn’t have a chance to look at it till now but here’s what we found.
The service was great. I had an issue that was difficult to pinpoint. They checked the vehicle and figured out what was wrong. Everything was well shortly afterwards. I highly recommend them for anyone needing help with automobile work.
The owner is so nice but one of his employees isn't I drove 20 minutes to get a inspection I always go there been going since I been driving for my inspections the guy was so rude yelled at me I was in the way & didn't realize it until then the guy that was also there looked as if all that attitude was necessary I told him I was sorry I get there at 4:05 he literally comes up to me & say the guy wasn't doing anymore inspections at the time I needed to get there at 4:00 I work long hours so today was literally the only day I could get it done I will definitely not go there anymore that's why it's so hard to support local business then he tried to tell me thank me after he said that being funny I know it's probably been along day but you just don't treat your customers that bad I never leave any bad reviews only positive but he really upset me how he went about it
I used to take my car to the dealership for any mechanical need until someone recommended us to take it to the Knights. Since then, this is the only place we take our vehicles to be inspected or for vehicle check up. We also purchase our new tires with them, and get your vehicles inspected. Check them out. You would not be disappointed.
The BEST mechanic in the area! We refuse to take any of our vehicles any where else. If there's something that needs to be fixed, they fix it no problem without finding a million other things to try to tag on the bill! I know how hard it is to find skilled, honest mechanics, so I'm thankful for Knights!
These guys are the best around, hands down. They will only do what needs to be done at a fair price and well done always. I would bring my Mom's car to them any day.
I was over charged to fix my cars which they didn't even fix. They was suppose to change some parts in my cars. However, I still have the same manufactures parts from when my cars were made in my cars and I had to take my cars to be repaired at another auto repair shop. They basically stole my money and the new parts that I ordered for them to replace the old parts. They also tried to cover it up by resetting my cars electrical system.
Knowledgeable technicians. They have the tools to get the job done. From electrical work to motor replacement they literally do it all. All mechanical work, tires, rims, lifts + drops, state inspections it's the one stop shop for all your needs. Appointments recommended but not always needed. Check these gentlemen out!
These guys have saved me so much money. They are great, and unlike other shops, they don't just start throwing parts at your vehicle. Rather, they will diagnose and find the problem, rather than guess and keep trying. I would not take my vehicles anywhere else, unless I breakdown and I'm too far away. A+++
I was referred to Knights Garage by a family member whom told me that I'd receive better and faster service, a better deal on labor and parts cost and excellent customer service than that of the first garage I was looking into having my 2003 Chevy Trailblazer serviced at.
Knights Garage is a family run business and are actually well known by many folks in my hometown. I actually was geeked to find out that the man that owns and runs this garage and one of his elder employee have know my father for quite a long time and actually remember seeing my come around with father as a young boy as Knights serviced many cars for my father.
This was my first time doing business with Knights and I must say I'm blown away at their awesome customer service, speedy work and their awesome cost on labor and parts! As I thought I was going to end up paying a great deal of money towards the $1,000 which I'd ended up paying close to if I'd went and had my jeep serviced at the first guy whom I delt with to service all my vehicles! But only to find out when my jeep was ready (it only took him less than a week to order my parts and complete all repairs needed) that he saved me over $500 compared to the close to $1,000 I'd end up paying off I'd went with the first competitors garage!
I'm very satisfied and appreciative of Knights Garage speedy service and great deal on labor and parts cost and I'll be dealing with them in the future for all my vehicles maintenance and repairs that I can't so myself!
