Prior to buying the car Antone described why the car was titled"Salvage", what they had to do to repair and get the car inspected/titled "rebuilt". Did not want to leave any stars, sadly not an option. Drove 3 hours, spending three quarter tank of gas and having to pay tolls to look at a specific car which their website and the person selling the vehicle indicated had heated seats and that the interior had been completely redone because it had been shredded. Lies lies lies!!! Not only did the vehicle not have heated seats but the seats were far less than clean let alone completely reupholstered and the ceiling was all frayed or fuzzy, apparently from being scrubbed to death. Horrible experience and complete waste of time. Be very careful what you believe from these people.

We ended up not proceeding with a purchase of a vehicle but were so impressed with Anton's professionalism, promptness and overall honesty and transparency that we figured it was worth the 5 star review!! I'd like to share my experience with Anton at pakk I'm a double amputee and I've been looking for a wheelchair accessible van for awhile and then I found Pakk automotive in the Charlotte area and I'll admit I was leary at first. They posted a 2015 Honda odyssey with 4856 miles and it had a rebuilt title but it was in my price range so after talking to Anton I made the 5 hr trip and I'm so happy I did Anton met me at my vehicle and I introduced myself and he showed me the van and all of the options then explained all of the repairs that were done to van he showed me the carfax and the inspection report from the state. Anton answered all of my questions and we took care of the paperwork and he is going to ship the van to me. I can't say enough about my experience with Anton but trust me if you are interested in a work van wheelchair van or just about anything else don't let people detour you because the title is branded his company is a topnotch operation. I would recommend that you check with Anton before you buy any where else . Thank you Anton

What an awesome experience! There are bargains to be found in the branded title marketplace, if you find a dealer that is trustworthy and expert at finding and repairing vehicles with slight and often inconsequential damage. I found Anton at PAKK Automotive to be all of that and more. He was always accessible and patient in answering my many questions. He drove over an hour both ways to pick me up from the airport, and I found we had much in common with faith and family values. I am 100% satisfied with the deal, and I highly recommend this dealer.

I drove 4 hrs 42 min to meet Anton and buy an Expedition. I would do it again if I ever need another vehicle. Anton is a prince of a fellow. I found him to be openly honest and forthcoming with ALL info we requested about the vehicle. He never embellished anything. Just a good human being! Expedition was fairly priced and he even had to come in on a Sat to meet with me and I had complications that he accommadated in order to get there on a Sat and then get the car in my sons name and in his hands as he lives in NC. Prius I bought there seems to be a good vehicle. The small problems I had so far were fixed right away at no charge. Tpms sensor problem and a check engine light. Both fixed and seems like it won't be an issue in the future. Also fixed a few chips in windshield. Considering the price is a few thousand less than most other comparable cars, I am pleased so far.

Purchased a used pick up truck. I am from MN. Trucks in MN are rusted out. Anton was great to work with. He answered all my questions and even sent extra photos.
