T&A Automotive was fantastic! I was stuck in the mountains with a dead battery, and my roadside assistance couldn’t get anyone dispatched to help due to my location. I called T&A and they were there giving me a jump within an hour or so. They also very kindly followed me to town to ensure I made it to the auto parts store to have the battery checked. Very kind & accommodating outfit. After breaking my leg in a motorcycle accident & being rushed off by ground ambulance to Elkin then by helicopter to Charlotte to repair my leg, I was left 1500 miles from home without any of my belongings (they were all on the bike). They assured me my bike was being stored indoors & even offered to send photos. I was in consistent contact with these nice people & they were willing to work with me to get my belongings back to me. Thankfully, I did not have to trouble them, as I was able to get fixed up at the hospital & on a plane back home to norther MN. A++
I just want to thank you for all your help and your kindness today. The past several days have been difficult for my best friend, Wendy, and I. After her husband’s terrible accident on Wednesday I wasn’t sure what she would be dealing with in terms of getting his belongings and items from his wrecked vehicle along with locating other items. You all were so kind and patient this afternoon in helping us gather his belongings from the vehicle. I rolled my car and nobody was willing to come tow it because of the remote location. Thomas saved the day and so did his daughter Brandy. They were kind, communicated throughout the whole process. This guy is a total crook. He towed my bike after I got an accident. I tried to go pay cash to get it out a couple days later. He informed me that it would be better just to let the insurance people get it out and let them do their thing, but he told me if I wanted to pay cash, fee wouldn’t be as great and he wouldn’t charge me storage. I called back a couple days later. I decided that I wanted to just pay cash and get the bike back , his demeanor had totally changed telling me that he didn’t do business that way and I would have to have $1125 to get my bike back, ( this is to tow a motorcycle and store it for five days ) he completely lied to me. I would’ve ever dreamed this guy would have been so unprofessional. I had to pick one star, but I would give them a -5. Pathetic. Also, don’t believe the response there because that’s lies too. He told me he charged four to $600 to pick up a motorcycle for an insurance company. He charged $800 apparently plus storage and he wouldn’t even give me a price for cash because he only wanted the insurance money.

This towing company was phenomenal. They went above and beyond when my husband totalled his Jeep. They stayed late and helped us with removing his personal belongings. I would definitely recommend them.
Honesty and integrity is not commonly found these days. During the most terrifying experience of my life T&A Automative and Towing took one thing off my plate. My work car was picked up and secured. Due to the extent of my accident and injuries, I could not get to my car and get my personal things, they showed kindness and consideration to my circumstances which I can’t express how much this means to me. Thomas Poole the owner has shown me nothing respect and a great deal of consideration and I will forever be grateful. His daughter Brandy Poole went above and beyond for me as well. She has amazing customer service, a kind heart and really does all she can do to make thinks as easy as possible for you. T&A has been a pure blessing to me and I highly recommend them for any service anyone may have. You will not be sorry, you can count on your belongings or vehicle to be secured, friendly service, and they have always answered the phone. I do not put my name on a whole lot of things or people but I will vouched for T&A all day every day! Give them a call, you will be taken care of and extremely pleased.

Do not do business with this person. Little man syndrome. Thinks he can just take your money without repercussions. Thomas ,you will not take over 6 grand from me to rebuild a engine in my hummer and cuss me when it still heats. I can elaborate?

My husband was blessed enough to survive a terrible accident a few days ago. This place acts as a monopoly when other towing services aren’t available. We watched them load the truck up, and they seemed nice. When my husband went to pick up the vehicle, he was charged $675 for a simple tow. They claimed to have used “special equipment,” but we watched them load it, and they did NOT use special equipment. I’ve had very similar tows done for around $100. This is a RIDICULOUS company. A clown company. We do not recommend them at all. The picture I have posted here shows that our truck was right side up. We wish we had known about City Block towing in the area.
T&A Towing is very time efficient and well knowledgeable. Made sure I had nothing to worry about with towing my wrecked car, more than once and even went the extra mile to be sure my kiddos and I were ok from an accident. They are small, family owned and staffed. It's always great to support local businesses.
They were prompt and courteous and got my driver out of a sticky situation quickly. The towns police and Twin Oaks gas station were equally courteous. Thanks y'all for assisting us in our emergency.

I'm from Ontario Canada ,I crashed my bike in a rain storm on # 21 they took me to the hospital T and A came and picked up my bike and stored it in safe dry lock up.
After being treated at the hospital in Sparta we got a room at Alleghany Inn .
Of course all my gear was with my bike and trailer and I had no way to get it so I called T and A Towing to see if my stuff was ok I spoke to Amanda and explained my problem , she dropped everything she was doing drove 20 miles to our motel picked me up took me to their shop and loaded all my gear and drove me back to the motel and unloaded my stuff.
They went way beyond what they had to do and help a stranger in need and I want to make sure that people know that if you want good service call T and. A Towing they will go above and beyond to do an excellent job and take care of their customers.

On Monday, August 31, 2015, we were on our way to Wing Ding 37 in Huntsville, Alabama, on my Honda GL1800 CSC Trike, riding the Blue Ridge Parkway heading south. We had just crossed the Virginia/N. Carolina border when I hit a rough bridge and I heard a loud snap, the Trike body instantly dropped and started rubbing both rear tires. My riding buddy, was following me and he told me that he couldn't see my Trike for all the smoke. After safely getting stopped and dismounted from the Trike, and making sure my co-rider was ok, we removed the seat to see what the problem was. Upon checking, the rear shock rod had broken allowing the body to drop several inches.
Between the 3 of us, I had the only cell phone that had service and that service was very limited. I finally managed to contact Rescue Plus and lost my call to them several times. The lady at Rescue Plus kept calling back and after some text messaging with them, we were able to establish my location. Within 45 minutes, T & A Towing from Ennice, N.C. arrived. We loaded the Trike and trailer and they hauled me 70 miles to Honda of Winston-Salem.
Everyone involved in this incident was super nice, very professional, extra careful loading my trike and very concerned that they get us back on the road as soon as possible. Many thanks to T&A Towing, for helping me out in a bad situation. I would highly recommend them, as they have outstanding customer service. Thanks again

Had this company to haul my new Dodge Truck after filling up with bad fuel from a local gas station. He came to my location loaded the truck took his time and handled it with excellent care even though it was pouring the rain. He was very nice to both my wife and I. He charged a fair price and I would recommend him to anyone.
The owner is an out rite crook he charged my son 400 dallors for a tow that was less than 12 miles of his garage and then got an attitude with my son when he asked Thomas why the bill was so high and then proceeded to cuss my wife out. This man is a crook of crooks he gives all good mechanics like me a bad name. Much less the fact that every other towing company estimated the tow to be worth around 150 to 200 not 400 the he charged. He is a crook that will take advantage of you the first second he can do yourself a Hugh favor and avoid this business at all cost.
Today they towed my mom's ford crown vic.from a place of business in Galax Virginia. Fuel pump went out and a rollback wrecker driver geico insurance company called them and the female dispatcher.kept saying the driver had an hour to get there at the location for the car being towed.it was over an hour. The female dispatcher kept calling my mom sir that was an insult .I had problems with this same towing company about 4 years ago with an older gentleman driving a rollback wrecker I had run out of gas on the 4 lane in Baywood area the Grayson county sheriff's Dept. Called t&a towing out to bring me gas.and the gentleman from the towing company was very rude and hateful with me.sgt. Gary hash.then Ltd gary hash has since been promoted. I tried to get officer hash to come back to my location then the gentleman from t&a towing adjusted his rudely attitude Fast after I got off my cell phone with the Grayson county sheriff's office.
